If you like poor service this is your place! If you don't look like the majority you will receive unacceptable customer service. Our waitress didn't check in with us while giving us empty apologies. Our first time here, we waited an hour for a special and pasta meal. Calamari seemed as if it was fried and then fried again. All money is green however it was evident that they do not give the same service to everyone. I just wanted to enjoy a nice meal for my birthday. Be blessed!
We went this weekend for my 40th and everything was amazing from the drinks, to the service (Emily was a rockstar) to the food. We had the best time all around.
Price advertised online is almost 50% cheaper than charged in Village Steakhouse. Drove over 30 minutes to get there. Told waitress of price difference and nothing solved. Example: shrimp cocktail listed online menu as $8.95, was charged $14.00. I paid $29.00 for 8oz. Ribeye listed 50% cheaper. They should have honored prices advertised on their online advertising or change them. Will not be back. Check prices folks.
Terrible dinner, first under cooked, then burnt to a crisp. The rest of our party finished their meals before my wife got her's back. Management seemingly uncaring in trying to make it right.
My husband and I visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago and we were very impressed. The food was excellent and the service was equally as excellent.
Tonight my family dined here to celebrate the end of the school year. It was our first visit. We were immediately seated, which we were surprised since the parking lot looked full. Our dining room was in the room off to the right so we could hear the live music being played but it wasn't too overpowering. Food - Amazing! The bread was warm and flavorful. 3 of the 4 of us had the very filling salad bar with lots of options. My son had the Lil Burger and fries (he ate and enjoyed all of it). My daughter had the spicy chicken sandwich with salad bar (she was the first to finish her yummy meal). My husband had the filet sirloin and twice baked potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare with wonderful seasonings. I had the Coe's sticky shrimp dinner and sweet potato. I loved the flavors of the bacon and bbq sauce. There were enough leftovers for the 2 adult meals to make lunches tomorrow. The food arrived quickly and was hot. Drinks were refilled once but it would have been nice to have had another round. It was nice to hear the music but I can imagine how much louder it would have been in the other room where they were playing. It would have been difficult to carry on a good conversation then. We enjoyed our evening here and will definitely be returning.
My husband and I have driven by this place for years. Today we wanted to do a day date and it was the perfect place. Everything was amazing! It’s not cheap, but the flavors, quality, and customer service are worth every dollar! We will definitely be back!
Steaks were not cooked properly, other than that it was ok
Steak was rare instead of medium well. It's a steakhouse. How was that wrong? Server was not very forgiving. I know it was not her fault, but she seemed like she hated her job.
Best steak I've had in awhile. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and reasonable prices.
