Now typically Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place in Goldsboro. But today I am beyond disappointed. I placed an online order for pickup. When I got there, 30 minutes later my food still wasn’t ready. Finally my food comes out. Now normally I check my food right then & there but I’ve never had an issue before so I figured everything would be fine. I get home & check my food. My shrimp & rice looked thrown together. My ribs looked mostly eaten & all my rolls were cold. I called to speak to a manager just to be put on hold for over 10 mins & still didn’t speak to anyone. So today I can say Texas Roadhouse has officially disappointed me. This is unacceptable.
Will definitely be returning, I've never had an establishment beat my own steak before however, this steak, I will admit, has bested me. It was the best steak I've ever had not including waygu. The customer service was also fantastic although rather odd, our waiter was easily the best waiter I've ever had however, I believe he may have been an outlier as it didn't seem as if his peers were so inclined to follow in his footsteps. If management sees this, your employee Brandon Mack deserves a raise.
Oh my gosh the food was so yummy u will want to go back the next day..the fall of the bone was so tender and juicy..chicken fried steak with the crunchy breading topped with the gravy was delicious..hand cut sirloin was cooked just right. The waitress ensured thar it was to his liking by asking to slice open the meat..we had the sampler player, we chose fried pickles,chicken and what they called rattle snake bites. There was plenty to share with 3 people..Desert consisted of the chocolate brownie topped with ice cream, wanted to devour the whole thing but was so full..the waitress was attentive and very pleasant..

Amazing place! Went here for a date when it was completely during peak hours and we still got in fairly quick! Super awesome service with kind employees and even more amazing food. Will be coming back for sure!!!

After a hard week of work, we went to this magnificent place to celebrate! As usual, super friendly and attentive staff! The appetizers where great! The margaritas awesome, and when the steak showed up, happiness!
Valentines Day , had the dinner for 2 special, extremely impressed,, service was great, meal was above & beyond great.
All the food was delicious. I ordered the smothered chicken and my husband ordered a ribeye. We had another family with us as well, in total there were 6 of us. They were very busy, and told us there would be an hour wait. We only waited about 20 minutes though. Our waitress wasn't very helpful, but there was other staff around that really picked up her slack. Also the food came out at different times, and one person never got theirs.
