First time at this Taco Bell and what's hungry for Mexican went through the drive-thru and ordered the Cravings box that was on special misunderstood the young lady on the intercom and ended up she had a double meat double cheese everything I have to do it again soon for the price on my meal went from what I thought it was two almost double but when I actually got the prop food at home and it went eat it sure didn't seem like there was double the meat or cheese or sour cream on these items that's all right but next time I'll listen a lot better
Store is very clean. Bathrooms tidy. However, I think her name was Juanita. She has braces. That girl never smiled, said hi, or asked if she could take my order..... So I approached her and gave her my order. I had to ask her 4 times ," what" . She wouldn't speak up and couldn't keep her tongue in . And she kept biting on a thumb nail. I paid for extra cheese on my 3 tacos, and as usual I didn't get it.
Ordered #1 combo Taco Supreme. Got regular Tacos without tomato or sour cream. We waited so long for them we didn't complain. Probably short staffed.
i went to go eat inside with a couple friends. When we got our food we sat down to eat. My friends burrito was cold and so was my other friends fries. they both took them back. my friend was given the wrong burrito and my other fries were still cold. One of their foods didn’t look appetizing at all the cheese was poorly up there not even melted like it should be they just sprinkled it. I wouldn’t recommend going if you don’t like your food being cold or not made properly.
Food was decent. When I went they were trying out a new drive thru system, I wasn't a fan.
Got the chalupa combo. It was great with the Diablo sauce. Friendly fast service.
It's one of two here in Goldsboro, and they are decently spaced apart. I haven't anything bad from either, but nothing that's something I have to get everyday for lunch. Employees have usually been polite and attentive when I've visited.
I always forget why we never eat here and then I remember exactly why the next time we give them a chance. Our food is always wrong, cold, and thrown together like they couldn't care less. They barely put any meat in anything they serve and they've never had mild sauce any time we've asked for it. It's a shame because we usually love Taco Bell... just not this one.
Ordered Supreme beef burrito but it had no beef...all beans. Went back through the drive thru and order another with extra beef... still no beef. Went back through the drive thru to speak to them about it...she said our manager wasn't there. What? Really?
