The service and cleanliness has improved immensely since I first got here in 2018. They have new employees that are very friendly and fast. Ms. Judy was a pleasure ? I will be going back more often.
The employees are zombies. They are slow, uncaring, and if there wasn't a divider between us I'd fear for my brains.
We got there previous to close and there was a line. When we got to the front we were told that they were closed. If she wasn't going to serve us she could of at least let us know sooner so we didn't waste the time in line.
There are some hateful people on base. Don't let the fake comments deter you from getting a bite from here when needed. Not bad service
After years of continuous bad service I'm finally writing a review. For years I have received bad attitudes from employees, been rushed, and made to feel like it's my fault they have to get up and work for a living. I think it stems from the a$^&)i# manager who's poor/rude behavior reflects back on his employees. The one off base isn't much better and I truly believe it's managed by the same man. Do better Subway.
If I could give it a negative I would. Besides the customer service in general being poor there is 1 employee that's a bit taller and she had red hair (I dont remember her name) and shes honestly the worst fast food employee I've ever seen. The way she "wraps" the wraps makes not even want to finish getting my food.
The sandwiches in general are ok... but the service? Is painful! They act like they are doing us a favor, like they don't want to be there.... everytime I go there they don't give me a single smile. Who pick these people to work there should do a better job!
