Good service from a pleasant rep at lunchtime. Sandwich fixings looked fresh and devoid of the dried all day patina you normally see when stuff hasn't been touched in a while. Would go back again.
I just walked into the subway with a coupon from the website that said for takeout or drive-thru and the one person working inside insisted I had to use it in an online order and I couldn't place the order in the store. I told them there was no promo code to use on the app and it was for an in-store purchase and they kept insisting I had to order it online so I walked out. I am not going to argue with someone who doesn't understand how coupons work for their own store and I am not going to pay an extra $5 because the associate doesn't know how to use a very simple part of their job. I don't have the extra money to give away like that. This was the first time I've been to that Subway location and it is the last time I plan on it.
We love this specific subway and the staff there. We go there almost every week sometimes multiple times a week and they are amazing. Customer service is fantastic ‼️

I just walked in, and with an attitude the lady said she hasn't started order yet. She didn't greet me as a customer, my opinion, she was very rude. I would never go back again. First time and last time. Not a professional worker.
Never will I eat here again. The food was amazing. But the ladies were beyond rude! I had my 4 month old daughter with me and they were in there slamming the food pans in the back. I asked for more olives and instead of saying she couldn’t, she got a huge attitude and said “I already gave you a lot there’s a shortage.” And was beyond ugly about it. Then when we said no we did not want any drinks/chips she smacked her lips. (Black girl and the white girl with black hair was working tonight) I tip EVERY single time we go but not tonight! I’m very disappointed ☹️
Ordered on my mobile app & sent daughter to pick up for our lunch break. I ordered a steak and cheese melt with double protein & this is what I received. This how it arrived open faced with the other half of sub sitting on top & no extra protein. Called the store to complain & express my disappointment of my order. The employee who answered was aware of my order & admitted that they was out of paper & the extra meat did not print out & that the way they have to make the sandwich does cause the sandwich to appear a bit messy, but she said if I comeback to the store that she would make me another sandwich to my liking for free. The store closed before I got off work so I returned the next day to get my sub, the owner was present & the employee explained what happened & he wanted me to pay for the sub & only agreed to not charge me for the extra protein. This is not what I was offered over the phone, so not only did I have to waste gas to return to the store but he did not want to honor the free sub offer. He only agreed to refund for the extra protein... this is unacceptable!
They only put a little vegetables on my sandwich
Food was not fresh and sanitary grade was low. Also staff was rude
