Yesterday morning I had an issue with my order I called and spoke to a supervisor and explained how I felt about my order she was very helpful and told me that she will allow me to get another drink. I went back to the store that evening and explained to Sarah what happened again she was very Understanding. Bre Made my drink just the way I explained it to her it was very good I appreciate all of the staff that’s there they work very hard and I understand sometimes it could be difficult to help certain customers that want certain things but I would like to say everyone has an done awesome job every time I come there

I love this location! The baristas are always nice and know me by name and they know what coffee I get!!!

I had a horrible experience yesterday afternoon At Goldsboro Starbucks on Berkeley the one that I frequent at least three times a week. I used my Apple Card to pay for a grape and egg tray as well as a pistachio drink. I charged on my Apple Pay but was told that it did not go through so I paid cash. I got an alert from Apple Pay saying that it was deducted so I went back to show a man that they consider a manager my receipt and explain to him the situation he was very rude hostile and I believe prejudice…. told me that I would have to deal with corporate and shut the window in my face. When I went to park my car to get out to speak with him he had the doors locked not wanting to deal with the situation and told me it was no way I was getting my money back even with my proof from Apple Pay . I actually had to call the cops And all thou I had proof Even the police couldn’t get my money back. I understand and I get policies but what I don’t get Is that a manager could be so rude and still be allowed to work in customer service. I will post his name today. Left it in my car. Very disappointed

I have been going to Starbucks since the middle of January waiting for the Valentine's cups. So disappointed, never got them in here, in my city, Goldsboro, N. C. I did see them, asked people about them. They were purchased in other cities. I even had coworkers and friends looking them. Had one friend to go to a large city and went to 4 Starbucks, never found one. Employees said, they were never received. So disappointed in Starbucks. Do for one, do for ALL! Or, don't do at all!

Coffee is always half or less than half full. Whenever I question them about it I always get raw answers. Just top off my coffee. Please

I ordered a large macha green tea Frappuccino and a cake pop. The only thing that was good was the cake pop.. the macha green tea tasted like dirt and it was too dark so I knew something was off and I always get that drink from Starbucks. This was my first time trying this Starbucks at this location. I wasted my money for this trash!!!

The workers are always extremely nice and unless you've got a big order in front of you (or you're the one with the big order - not the baristas' fault), even if the line is long, you won't be waiting forever.

This place has a bad habit of giving you whatever they feel like. I order a Sweet Cream Cold Brew 100% of the time and I receive either French Vanilla or Caramel every time.The coffee is good, but I'm tired of having to have my drink remade. (I visited this location 10 times.)
