Went to Sonic this evening and I just have to rave about how AMAZING the customer service was and not to mention the food was on point!!!!
Their food is good. I like the old style drive in thing.
Bought my granddaughter to Sonic and for her to eat lunch. Our food was cold and the Coke needed to be changed out, it had no syrup just Carbonated water. The playground area was tasty and tables were not cleaned. The concrete deck could use a good power washing it had soda and ice cream all over it. I'm sorry to say we won't be coming here again.
Food was good my little girl loves it play ground was clean service was just a little bit off Tonight but that was ok I been going for 20+ years and this was the first time ever I really believe it was because they couldn't hear my order before someone was playing loud music and enjoying the way there pipes sound on their Dodge charger anyway untill next time keep up with the good service
Just came back from the Sonic in Goldsboro. My God the fries were cold and had way to much salt on them next who ever made the toaster burger needs to be taken to the wood shed simply because that bbq sauce is just plain nasty like it was old and had been seating on a shelf for years. And there is just way to much salt in the chillies on my hotdog and it was also cold. After all that I had to pay extra for onion rings when I told the ladies I wanted onion rings. That's was $26.00 worth of disappoint. Not eating here anytime soon!
Food was good and hot. You can tell it was made fresh. Fast service and a fair price. Loved it's many selections of drinks and deserts. My only issue is the staff was a little immature. The girl that brought the food made little effort to make sure I had my bag of food before she let it go to walk off.
okay so me and my friends went and order milkshakes. my friend got 2 milkshakes and it took at least almost an hour getting our milkshakes. we sat there and waiting until we finally said something. They came back with the wrong order and they sent it back. came back AGAIN with the wrong order. once we finally got our order we were very irritated if ur in a rush i do not recommend.
My partner and I at work decided that we were going to get a late dinner. We made a mobile order. I ordered a Route 44 Dr Pepper and a double bacon cheeseburger this is what I got. Not to mention my bacon was burnt. I mean come on guys and you want to make $15 a hour. Try getting peoples food right first and then maybe you would all deserve it then. From this tonight you guys absolutely do not deserve to make anything over $7 a hour and that is still pushing it.
They close the stalls at 8pm and force the drive thru to wrap around the building 2 times taking 15 minutes per car. Also with goldsboro being a big car community, sonic is built off of being the DRIVE-IN spot, I mean hell it's in the name. To tell paying customers that the need to leave because other people have not picked up their trash is down right ridiculous. We have held car meets there for 6 plus years. and a new manager comes in and ran the store into the ground. Doing this will cause you to lose most of your business.
Order to double cheeseburger and a diet Coke with light ice. I got a single cheeseburger and a diet Coke completely full of ice. But much to my pleasure and surprise they immediately fixed the order and made it right. Kudos to them for getting it right the second time and not making an issue of it.
