My favorite place! I hate when they're closed lol I'm obsessed with their Tom yum shrimp soup. You can taste the love. It's unlike any Chinese spot in Goldsboro. It's a great place to eat in and for a quick stop for take out.

The sheer amount of food per dis is amazingly awesome and it is truly delicious!!! We will definitely be going back!!! It is worth the price and the owners are really nice people the older gentleman helped me carry my food to the car!!! I think this is going to become our go to chinese restaurant!!!
Going through Goldsboro my husband and I were wanting Chinese food. We found Rice N Noodle through Google. Let me just say, it was 8pm and our food was absolutely fresh, hot, and delicious! There was no way we could eat all of it. It had to be the best Chinese we’ve had in a while. Very impressed and if we’re back in the area we will come back. As for as clean , it appeared to be well kept up front and in the back. The staff was really nice. The food was ready within the 15 minutes they said it would be. I can assure you several people could eat off one dish as there’s so much. The price was very inexpensive. All around a great authentic Chinese restaurant.

Of all of the Chinese restaurants I've eaten at in my 65 years, this is, by far, MY FAVORITE. I have grown to love and appreciate Helen & Tony. They're really great, hard working people and it shows in the way they prepare and present their food. EVERYTHING, I've ever eaten from here has been delicious. My favorite being the, Tom Yum soup. Now that I live in Wilson, I'll go out of my way to eat at, Rice & Noodles in Goldsboro, NC!
Might look good to you but yuck!! And they prepare you’re good with no gloves ?Spend 12 dollars on General chicken that’s watered down with no flavor and a regular egg roll the size of a spring roll!! What happened? They used to be good don’t waste you’re money on the general chicken with white fried rice
