I don’t normally post reviews but more upset about the service than our pizza being wrong. Not only was our order wrong but we were not offered to get our order fixed or changed. The excuse was “we didn’t have the ingredients” even though I told her we would have changed it if we had know. The workers name was my Mary. Overall poor service
Customer service was excellent. Food was excellent. We opted to eat in and we made a great decision. Will eat there again and highly recommend you do too!
Kids and I went to dinner. Food was good. The lady at the register and our server was great. Facilities seemed clean and well kept. But I lowered the stars because we went to order drinks and were told we could only get water from the fountain area. The next family must have been told the same thing as they got bottled. Before we left an older couple came in and they had other fountain drinks in their cups. I feel like there is discrimination with kids and I'm not ok with that.
Decided to switch it up from the usual, won't make that mistake again! Ordered take out, the pizza was swimming in grease.... you can pour the grease off of it! The tuscani pasta is cold, noodles are crunchy and there's only 4 small pieces of chicken! I won't be returning
The proportions are a little off today. The one yesterday was beautiful. This one is overdone, with no cheese pull, little burnt spots, and a hard crust.
The staff was very friendly and kind. We had a snow storm here and there was some ice on the pavement. They were very concerned for my safety and helped me to my car back. I appreciate they went above and beyond and truly care for their customers.
I just ordered pizzas and cheesesticks and was told that it would be 15 minutes.Got there and told it will be 15 more minutes because we are busy.Well I have been in the pizza delivery business for over 30 years.And I know when people are standing around and leaning again the drive thru window with a mountain dew in there hand.And the phones no ringing.I know thats not busy.I have worked at many million dollars stores so I know busy.The first thing about running a successful pizza delivery business is not lying about the fact that you have a bunch of lazy people who dont want to really be there.OH by the way I know what a overcooked pizza looks like.I think its time for pizza hut to clean house and bring in some new people who have a work ethic.
Have my Pizza hot and here on time as the tracker let me know 6:46pm but I got it at 7:20pm Pizza was cold and even bread sticks. Pizza was a good quality dough. Me and my roommates order very frequently. Very disatisfied
Best pizza,especially pan pizza. Just wish they still had their good salad bar. I also love the old Pizza Hut building much better before they rebuilt it. It was much cozier and felt more like a pizzeria. Pizza is still good though.
I had to leave a 5 star review because of the staff... first of all the food was as you would expect from pizza hut. It was good but nothing over the top. Where this pizza hut excelled was the staff. I ordered online to pick up at the window. The car at the window in front of me broke down. I was stuck as there was a car behind me and I was too close to go around. The employee came outside which was great because my driver's side window wouldn't roll down that day. So she was able to go to the passenger's side. The guy behind me moved so I could get out now and I asked if it was easier for me to park in a spot. She told me to stay there. They brought out my food and I went home. I was almost home when I realized that I didn't get my drinks. I just stopped at a gas station and got some. I called up there and after a huge albeit unnecessary apology they agreed to put a note on them so I could get them the next day. I couldn't be mad as I didn't think about them either. The next day I drove up to the window, my driver's side window was working this time. And they gave me my 4 pack of drinks and apologized again. They take care of thier customers and own up to mistakes... will visit again.
