Michelle our waitress is the best !! She gave great suggestions on this amazing fried crab legs with the Pier 34 dipping sauce. OMG they were delicious! Her personality and fast service make us want to come back tomorrow night. The senior crab boil was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Can't wait to try the strawberry crunch cheesecake when we get home that Michelle suggested as well. My wife and I had a great date night !!
Waitress was GREAT! The was was NOT so great...Hushpuppies were hard. Loaded fries were okay, just too much seasoning. The flounder was okay. Was a little dry and also too much season. I'm pretty sure the seasoning was old bay. Overall OKAY..The waitress was the BEST PART.
Never again! Ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer & food. Got my drinks, waited almost 45 min, no appetizer, no food. Went to pay for our drinks, was charged $25 for 2 mixed drinks & now we’re otw to eat somewhere else!
Moved here from Florida where seafood restaurants are everywhere. Finally decided to try this place and it was AMAZING!! Everything was fresh and high quality at a fair price. Definitely a weekly spot
My hubby ordered scallop and shrimp basket with fried pickles. Old oil very greasey not worth 20 bucks.I ordered the senior crab boil, not flavor very bland and very very watery.Will not come back.Total bill with tip was 75 bucks.Waitress was great!!
I wish I could give this a higher rating. I just moved to the area and was told the food was awesome. Well that is true but the service....... Let's just say if I could give negative 5 stars I would. She was no where to be found when we needed refills of drinks. The waitress had a horrible attitude. I will go back for the food but I guess sitting in is out of the question.
My husband and I just went to pier 34 for the first time tonight. The food was fantastic. We are from Maine so it's great to find a seafood restaurant that is really good. The flounder and shrimp were cooked perfectly. We did have quite a wait time, but they offered us a discount without us even saying anything. The waitress was very attentive and we will definitely go back. Next time we will try the seafood boil!!
Horrible, for starters, the waitress was not pleasant, maybe she had a bad day. Next, I was so disappointed when I got my food, the snow crabs was so small! I didn't even get full!! They seem to look as if they was suffering from malnutrition????.y Co worker suggested I come here, she must have come on a good day when they mistakenly served bigger snow crabs. I think I'll stick with Crab Dejour!! She followed my gut but we wanted to try something different! Also, they had our orders wrong, but tried to accommodate us.That was my first and last visit at Pier 34
Portion size, taste, and service was good . I especially enjoyed the manager coming by chatting and checking on us as new customers. Will definitely go again.
We wanted the dinner with lobster, but they were out. We did enjoy the dinner were ordered. In the past we had wanted the fried green beans but they were out.
