Ordered papadia combo that should have come with drinks. Delivery person brought the order without the drinks, we called back they claimed they couldn't bring the sodas because there was not a driver to deliver.Update: The driver brought the drinks. Store could have done a better job of making sure the order went out correctly.
Slow but food was good. It was probably slow due to staff shortages (like every resturant during pandemic)

Everything was quick and hot when it arrived. I was having money troubles and papa John’s is one of my favorite places so this time I had enough and this was my first choice. To all the wonderful employees there making it happen, thank you for what you do.

I usually order from this store delivery. Today I placed an order online. I asked for a 2L soda but it did not arrive with my order, I called the store and asked to have a credit in my account since I order pizza about once every 2 months maybe. I called and explained the situation to the person who took my call, she asked for my name and said she did not see the drink included in my order I said I did place it with my order and that I had the email receipt in front of me. She got agitated and said ma’am I can’t credit something that was not ordered, I again said I did ordered and paid for it and that I could provide an order number and she rudely just put me on hold without even saying anything or waiting for me to finish my sentence. I’m not upset about the $3 soda but the way I was treated. This just makes me wanna drive to Pizza Hut or another pizza place instead where I can probably be treated with the respect I treated that female employee.
Normally don't have a problem with papa johns so leaving 3 stars,but this was supposed to be square cut thin crust pizza lol and I left a 8 dollar tip and this is what I got

Ordered buffalo wings and received plain, no sauced wings. I tried to call and every option I choose ended the phone call…This isn’t the first time this has happened either.
I had worked for this store until I was no longer able to work due to being high risk pregnancy. My check was supposed to be here Friday 9/10....no check. I was told it would be here today 9/11...still no check...now im told to check back tomorrow!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Pay me my money!!!! I shouldn't be paid late when I didn't even get a choice for direct deposit and I shouldn't have to wait to be paid for the hours I worked!!!!
