The worst! They charge the most so you would expect your order to be correct however the past three times they have made mine wrong! I decided to just get a coffee(work placed a breakfast order) ... a large but they couldn't get that right either! I called they said next visit you'll have a "Free Large" (what I paid for already) but then gave me another small?Guess you DON'T get what you pay for from this location! I'm done with this place!THE VERY WORST
The food was excellent and I tried one of the new lemonades (mango something) it is delicious. My only issue was the empty tables were very nasty and so we had to wait and eventually ask someone to clean a table for us. Overall it was very good.
The turkey bacon bravo is my new obsession, sandwich wise. But so far everything we have ordered has been great. Absolutely love the loaves of bread and sweet pastries.
My wife tripped and fell down on Panera's sidewalk.The handicap walkway is not marked properly. The lines are too far over to the sidewalk. Creating a trip hazard.
Ordered cheese and bacon on brioche bun. Egg white and avocado sandwich. Pecan braid. All amazing!
I have some questions….Does your staff purposely screw up orders or do they just fill it however they see fit!?I’m wondering how many complaints go thru corporate before you all get things right.Is it that you just don’t care? People you hire cannot read? Your printer is malfunctioning?Is the grand attitude in service now: you will get what you get and shut up!!!Panera used to be great!! Now it barely passes for mediocre!
Was feeling under the weather and just wanted some soup...went thru the drive thru. Quick service, order was correct but let me tell you! That chicken and rice soup was good for my soul! Just wished I had ordered more!

The service at the Goldsboro location has consistently deteriorated. Over the past 6 months I have encountered only 1 employee that I felt is committed. I visit mostly in the AM. Usually have to ask for coffee condiments. A few times, not notified when food ready, therefore cold. I’m trying to support but it is becoming harder.
