We went here to eat and you order on small note pads and circle what you want on your burger, I asked for meat and cheese on my burger I got a burger with everything on it, lettuce tomatoes and everything else. I got the cheese fries and they were borderline disgusting. I won’t be eating here again.
First time customer with a pleasant experience. Atmosphere and staff were fantastic. Food was pretty tasty aswell.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food came within a quick amount of time and was very good. I got the chili fries and forgot everything else. I loved the chili!
after 3 decades of tasty pt's burgers, started eating them in wilmington while in college, i got a bad one today. it tasted like a cheap diner dough burger. fries/condiments/bun/drink were all fine, but i went there for a tasty burger. i hope they haven't changed their beef due to rising prices
I've only used it for call in pick up orders, but the food has always been good, hot, and correctly packaged. Great fries too!
The food is barely seasoned. They have the grille turned up too high. The Roast beef is cut way too thick, and it was horrible. The bun was burnt and soggy at the same time. I love P.T.'s, but this location doesn't do them justice. It also needs a good cleaning. I was so excited about there being a P.T.'s closer to where we relocated, but I was very disappointed. The service isn't the same either. They should all go spend two days at the UNCW/St. James location. I hate leaving bad reviews for places that I love.
My husband and I were excited to check this place out, but were left feeling disappointed as we thought It was only okay. Nothing special. Nothing we wanted to try twice. Though the homemade lemonade was pretty good and staff was nice.
Great food and fast service. My family loves this place. The ordering system is convenient and the fact they sell beer is a definite win over Hwy 55 which I feel would be one of their main competitors. I'm glad to see PTs branching out from Wilmington. We love this location and the new Greenville PTs is a favorite too.

I am so sorry I spent thirty minutes of my one hour and $8\\n00 of my $10.00 lunch money on this place. Wow not really a shocker considering the atmosphere when I walked in. Had to share to social media...unbelievable!!!
