Awesome food and atmosphere!!
Husband and I had a rare date night, Nikita our waitress, was amazing. She was on top of service, drinks were served very quickly, food came quickly even though they were busy, and refills were available without having to wait around to be asked for. Thanks for the great service Nikita, we will be sure to ask for you next time we come in.
A couple months ago I decided to go to a bar on my off days , as a social exercise . Outback has been my favorite restaurant since they came here so I was like “Why not try their bar”. And I don’t regret it!!!! Valerie, Shari, Lisa , & Cara give me that cheers atmosphere I been looking for!!!! Friendly & Professional service is what they offer!!!! And I appreciate it!!!! ????
Krystyna was an amazing server! Very friendly and happy to serve! She did everything right to make our experience a great one. The ONLY reason I gave a star rating had nothing to do with the service. We eat at this location every week and this visit was the first time that I had to send back my house salad. The lettuce had a very bitter taste, although my husband had no complaint. The manager happily brought me a fresh one which was delicious! Not sure what was going on with the first one???? Overall, a great place to dine!
Stopped here for lunch a few days ago with my wife and granddaughter. We were greeted and seated immediately upon entering. In just a moment our server, Krystyna, came over and introduced herself. She was very pleasant and got our drink orders and a booster seat we needed. Krystyna was very attentive throughout our visit and all of our food was perfect to order and very good. Thanks to Krystyna and all the staff for great food and service.
Ordered dinner through DoorDash. Ordered a 12 oz. ribeye med rare and a sirloin medium well. Both steaks were burned. No flavor. We like Outback however when I pay premium dollars I expect my food to be correct. Might be awhile before we order from here…….
Great atmosphere With excellent friendly & professional staff!!!! Valerie, Shari, Cara, Lisa & Brady make the visit feel like my version of “Cheers”!!!! Keep up the Awesome Work you Guys/Gals do!!!!
4/23/22 We called on our and they were not on a wait but hostess took our info down, we got there they told us 10 min. After 10 min I went to check and the number had been recorded down wrong. The manager on duty last night came and spoke to us. Offered us a free appetizer and soon we were seated. There were 5 of us and the gentleman that was waiting on us was awesome as well. I haven’t been there since October so didn’t know what to expect but everything was great. To be honest it was one of the best meal and service nights I have ever had there in a long time. Also our favorite bartender Valerie was back so that was another blessing. Great job everyone last night. All food was perfect as well as service. They really went above the normal for us.
I walked in there was maybe five people in the restaurant, ordered to go, sat at the bar and waited for 45 minutes just to be told my bag was over there at the takeout area and no one was around. It seemed like there was a bunch of new people no one really knew what to do other than hold on let me go get someone. no one was to be found other than a group of people standing around talking n the awesome bartender. I know that's not always the case but kind of irritating. Other than that every time has always been great
The waitress here was so nice, and they rye bread was so soft. The environment was nice but the hostess seemed a little flustered at first but whenever she address use she smiled and asked us how many as nice as she could. In all a very nice experience with my family.
