I ordered 5 plates from them, one which had a hair. I called and told me them I wanted a complete refund, nobody ended up eating their food. Who wants to eat after finding a hair in their food? Over the phone they told me I would get a complete refund, when I get in the store they only pay me back for the one plate. Terrible customer service !
Ordered food for takeout. I asked how long it would take and I was told 25 minutes. That would have been fine except it ended up being 40-45 minutes later. I was told at 30 minutes they were waiting on one more item while the rest of my food had already been sitting on the counter. By the time I got home food was cold. We also got the firecracker sushi which was hard from it being fried way too long (rice was very crunchy). There were no customers dining in and only 2 other customers came in to pickup orders while I waited and were small orders. The food made us feel sick the next day ?.
Best hibachi in the State. Everyone in Goldsboro should appreciate this restaurant, go to a hibachi restaurant anywhere else and you’ll soon realize Ninjas quality, recipes, and process are premier.
Not my favorite. Took forever to get my order put in correctly. The only thing they didn't struggle with was charging my card.
bruhhhh, I always eat here but I found what seems to be a very long curly beard hair, I never had a problem with cooks not wearing hairnets, I don’t know if I’ll be eating there anytime soon, it literally made me loose my appetite, I was literally taking my second bite when I saw it, also the white sauce was a lot thicker than normal but it was still good, still though I was not pleased with finding a hair in my food.
The chicken nuggets tasted like they came straight out of a McDonalds container, not surprised knowing a McDonald's Is near it. Fried Rice also had no vegetables in it. At least the soda machine works.
Staff couldn't be bothered to check to go orders properly. Ordered online prior to arriving and waited over half an hour for food that had been sitting on their counter the whole time. Wasn't until I asked for a refund that one of the cooks pointed at it. Didn't bother taking it, was probably cold by then
Y’all should just straight up close with you’re sloppy service long wait for no reason and food you can cook at home. Never again.

Called at 11 when they opened. Placed an order and wasnt given a time. Drove 15min from home and still had to wait 40min inside for my order. Only 3 bowls and 2 rolls. Watched as the staff was in no hurry whatsoever to get anything done. Literally 2 ppl came in while i was there and picked up an order. Will not come back
