The staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.The Bulgogi Fries were delicious and looked like picture.Portion size was good.
Nice people and the place was clean. Food tasted pretty good but was floored at how little substance there was for the price. Tiny scoop of meat on a giant pile of rice and no vegetables at all.
A mere shell of the ninjas I remember that opened here 10 years ago. Now it says hibachi and burgers...there were no burgers on the menu. The hibachi was the smallest chicken fried cutlet to rive ratio I have ever seen. And the wait was long. There wasn't a rush no one ordered behind us. Our food still came out cold. No veggies in the fried rice; no sides other than fries. I think I remember a small option of handrolls or items that went with hibachi back in the before times when I enjoyed this place.
Food taste horrible, was not cooked well. Service not the best. Not worth it.
Day time service great. Night time the kids play around to much while working and they don't listen. When someone says that a family member has a seafood allergy and to but that person's food in a separate bag please do so. Don't take it out the bag just to put it in a different bag fix the whole food over again.
Barely ever give you any meat. I ordered a steak bowl not a rice bowl.
It is after 4pm on Sunday, 2.6.22. I called in my order about 3:30 and was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I’m still waiting. To top it off, two male employees were about to fight in the kitchen area. Something about where food was put on the grill. One young mother was shorted on her order but chose to take her 2 young sons and leave when the arguing was taking place. Don’t know what’s going on at this Ninja but I won’t be coming back.
I normally leave a fairly positive review wherever I go... but this place, man, it got me. So they don't do burgers anymore, fine whatever. But half of their menu was just burgers.... and it's chalk. Cmon, erase it. Also, for the amount of money I spent here, I could have eaten like a king at a very similar establishment. Instead, all I received was a bowl of rice and a little bit of meat. Really disappointing, at least add some veggies. I definitely will not be back.Side note: not knocking the flavor, that was fine.
The portions of the bowls are less and less everytime. And the prices go up?? Not fair at least give me the full portion if you gonna charge more.. looks like they just threw in the last piece of chicken they had because they didn't wanna make more so they just cut it up. Extremely disappointed.
This is basically a fast food restaurant for Japanese ninja style food. They do have a few tables if you'd like to dine in as well as a few stools. I haven't seen many people dining in since Covid happened, but you can dine in if you'd like. They have a small menu that they serve, so there aren't a lot of choices but it's usually pretty good food, especially for fast food. The staff is just OK. I've never seen anyone exceptional working there.
