They just need to stop rushing through customers and understand no matter how busy they are, THE CUSTOMERS ARE ACTUALLY PEOPLE!! They are rushing customers/trying to get through rush hours, smiling, telling you your price, and NEVER look at you. That'll make a lot of people upset. NO MATTER HOW BUSY THEY ARE, they should NEVER treat us like numbers/an order .CUSTOMER SERVICE is what you applied for, it's the name of that game and NOT how to be a new model robot!!!
I came to this location at 945om. The drive through line was out the parking lot so I went inside. Something had burned inside of the kitchen and there was visible smoke on the air. My order took 10 mins. The fries tasted like old oil meaning it needed to be changed. I wouldn't go back.
This is the worst McDonald's I ever been to. During the breakfast hours they consistently mess up my orders. Either I am missing a item or they give me a totally different item.One would think before the employee at the window passes the food to the customer they would at least double check the order. This would be sensical, but for whatever reason they desire speed over correctness. So because of this I am leaving a negative review.This particular order I only received 2 pancakes in my platter. It should be 3.When I pay these "inflated" prices, I expect to get exactly what I ordered.
How you go from having any sized ice coffee at 1.69 and then when I ask for a large ice coffee they tried to charge me 3.69.No it's not a big deal, but it is also false advertising.
2 yrs ago was Awsome. It’s not covid either. I worked at one for 1.5 yrs. Not that hard. You will be in car at least 6 minutes before u are able to order and your next car. Both lanes dead stopped. Go inside and Caio’s manager lost and now yelling at a customer. Jesus send someone out. There are 22 people doing noooothing. Never again. A great one in Mt Olive and Goldsboro. Hell a Burger King And Highway 55 very close. SHUT IT DOWN.
The food is never fresh!! The cashier or packer hates to cook fries when they know there is a sit time after there cooked. They fill up the tray and serve them old fries until tbere gone. Dont ask for a special made sandwich you're not going to get it they put what they want to put on your sandwich.
I keep giving this McDonald's a chance and every time they disappoint! I order no cheese on my Big Mac because I am allergic, on the receipt it states no cheese, on the paper on top of the box of big mac says no cheese... and when I open the box... cheese on my big mac! So either the manager isn't teaching their employees to read or the employees don't care and just do what ever they want!Update: 1/2/22: my husband had a stroke, and has had the most energy today than he's had in a while. He went to surprise me and the kids and got us McDonald's... I wish I would of known cuz I would of said no! The picture below lettuce and onions thrown at the bottle and side, then the bottom bun, more onions and lettuce. I showed the manager and she asked them to remake it and make it special. This might be officially the worst McDonald's in NC.
Thank goodness for this McD's being open late! Traveling late one night and everything was closed except this place. I was so happy with my filet o'fish. Hadn't had one in about 10 years. Tastes exactly like I remember. Employees were friendly and helpful. Loved the real flowers on each table. Made me feel special.
Ordered through the app for curbside delivery. Order was correct and they brought it out quickly.
Friendly Service. Everything was accurate + My fries were super crispy & my burgers were HOT HOT . They also made sure I had napkins, sauce, etc so thats also a plus.
