Lately, I hate going to this McDonald’s location because they seem to get my order completely wrong half of the time. It’s as if they either don’t care or do not double checked their bags before sending it out to the customer. Today, was a fine example. I ordered a spicy McChicken sandwich meal with a 6 piece chicken nuggets on the side at drive through. 15 mins later when I got home, I opened my package to see a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a 6 piece in the side. Like what?? I’m annoyed and upset but I’m not going to drive 15 mins back to that location to fix my order. I’m so irked that I actually lost my appetite.
Place isn’t bad. But they have a Habit of forgetting a lot of things in the order whether it’s actual food items or sauces.
Went in to pick up a mobile order to receive the scheszuan sauce and my 4.99 20piece didnt go thru for some reason, also had other items on the order like 4 burgers for my family. So I ordered the 20 piece at the counter, I understand she was trying to do as she was told and she was told WRONGOnline says NOTHING about only receiving the sauce if you order chicken nuggets it just says "mobile ordering only". She REFUSED to give me the sauce I ordered and walked to the back left me standing there for over 10minutes (wasting my 30minute lunch break along side of my food getting cold) to come back and hand me 1 sauce...becoming one of the sorriest McDonald's in Goldsboro..

Food was greasing than usual and fries were cold. We ordered at kiosk and it asked us to put in our table locator number so we did. Then the Mgr screamed out order number and we had to walk up there and get our food. It was placed as an eat here order and was all in bags. Then the shake that my niece ordered was not even to the top part of the cup yet we paid extra for a shake with her meal. Definitely not a good experience by any means. I have always had an issue at this particular location
McDonald's is not the same. The customer service is horrible. The cashiers have attitudes and they always mess up my son's order. How hard is it to make a double hamburger with just ketchup and onions? Four times out of five they have to remake his burger?.I don't eat McDonald's but my son loves their fries and nuggets.
Went in. I had a mobile order. 1 ¼ pounder with bacon and cheese, no onion ,no mustard, and no pickles. 1 double ¼ pounder with no onion add lettuce. I got 1 ¼ with no bottom bun. 1 ¼ without bacon. When I went back through the 20 min line the cooks thought it was funny. The lady at the window was not amused.
I never have a great experience with this restaurant. They have messed up orders several times in the past. Today I ordered $8 worth of food and gave her my linked payment info. She instead charged me for someone else's $28 order. I even clarified that I only had 2 items in my order and told her what they were. She still charged me for the wrong one.
1/12/20226:12 a.m... After clearly placing my order I arrived at work and my complete order was not in neither of 2 bags I received through the drive through.I called back and reported this inconvenience to Store Manager on duty, Leslie . This is happens frequently. Sometimes I am charged and don't have the items. This particular incident I was not charged after checking my receipt when I arrived at work. It is rather frustrating to keep occurring.
