McDonald's if this is Wayne memorial drive it was okay it's just that I saw this Hispanic worker she was she went outside to give food I saw a scratch your head she come back in and she went to fix some fries put some fries in bags and handling money she never washed her hand so I did tell the manager there she got to wash your hand so they did talk to her she fell and she wouldn't wash the hand but then she did something you know another one did the same thing so really they forget to wash their hands whenever they serving your food and handling the money so they got to work on that that's why I go in instead of going through the drive-thru and then I leave with my food other than that my daughter loves McDonald's.
Food always cold order was wrong customer service sucks it really deserves 0 stars wish they had that option.
When I pulled up to the window to receive my drink it was the wrong size. I proceeded to tell the cashier that I ordered a larger size and her response was unacceptable. With an attitude I was told that t ghb eyes only chesed me for the size she gave me. I told her that I wanted a large and would pay the difference and was told no that they would just a small room fo with the medium they gave me but that's not what iij wanted. Under my breath I said it was going to be a long day and when the cashier hears what I said ahe then with more of an attitude repeated what I said disrespectfully. I was then told to pull into a waiting spot for drive thry.
I received my order quickly and the staff member was very patient with an elderly woman that needed some extra assistance before me. That was nice to see.
Will NOT be coming back …as soon as I open the box I see hair SMH they need to hire more people on the night shift …I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru full of cars!!! just to discover hair on my food…this is ridiculous
Some of the sorriest food we have ever spent hard earned money on! This is the 3rd and LAST time this will happen….. we got double cheeseburgers and the cheese was ICE COLD, right out of the fridge, nasty cheeseburger! The fries were lukewarm, taking my business elsewhere!
Well, it’s been a long time coming, on countless occasions has the McDonald’s on Wayne memorial messed up my order. Far too many times have I arrived to McDonald’s to fulfill my unending hunger, only to wait 30 minutes for food that resides within the temperature danger zone. On the night of, March 15th 2022, both of these heretical actions were brought into one cohesive disappointment, the likes of which the galaxy has never seen. I cannot stand for this HERESY. My mcnuggies were room temp and they gave me spicy buffalo? Who has ever gotten McDonald’s buffalo sauce? I tried it and it’s terrible it taste like chemicals. Anyways McDonalds, this is heresy and you will be tried before the senate.
McDonald's has always been the same good service good fast food. But why no napkins?!!
Wouldn’t allow someone to pick up my mobile order with a screenshot of my order number. They stated person that placed the order had to pick it up and also had to have the phone used to place it with them.
The food was cold an out-of-date I asked for extra gravy biscuit and did not get it it's just not a good place to eat go somewhere else and enjoy your food because it's fresh. It is not fresh here.
