Food was fresh and hot must of been right outa the oven. Fried baby flounder, popcorn shrimp, chicken tenders all were so good and hot. Definitely a great experience.
I had better. I wasn't worth the money. I use to go to Mayflower a few times a month. Customer service was not there in the takeout area.
Very quiet lovely brought me my food nice and hot and I'm more I ate on it the more sleep I seen it's like the plate will fall asleep the bread was nice and warm and butter waitress was nice and sweet and good manners I did not had to add salt or pepper it was perfect
The food on the plate u get is absolutely incredible. Enough for 2 and is soooo good.
Everytime, we go here our food is lukewarm. The service is really good but the food they need to work on a lot more. I know the food is better in Winterville and you get more for your money.
I ordered a to go order. It was delicious, the order was correct and ready when they said it would be.
Food is always good, some of the wait staff is on top of it, the rest not so much. If it's just the owners (I think) then they barely pay attention to you lol. Their fish tank also seems cruel to the actual fish (by the doors). Worth visiting for seafood, but nothing special
Poor display of (jumbo shrimp and flounder)cold, chewy and small portions, the only reason I give two stars was the friendly hostess and waitress. Wife's devil crab,, freezer burnt and scallops hard and chewy. Mayflower, see ya, won't be back.
So at first I was a little apprehensive. Unfortunately people litter in the area and it creates a not so inviting look in the parking lot . Mayflower had wonderful food though .I'm glad I went in with my family . We are always looking to try something new . Were foodies ! The waitress was so sweet and the service was quick and attentive. The price was fair considering we got seafood . My only real complaint was no melted butter only cold and no lemon .other then that we were very pleased . Clean place inside as well . They seem to know their customers which is nice to see ! Would definitely recommend.
Speedy service and our waiter was awesome. He had a very pleasant disposition. We didn't have to wait on or ask for refills. Our food arrived to the table in a very exceptional time for their being 4 of us and he NEVER once reached over the table. A lot of other waitresses and waiters could take a tip from him in that area. That is one thing I despise that a server can do!
