They redid it, but it’s too much volume for such a small store. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through on the deep dish and the regular pepperoni was burnt. And truth be told? The pizza has skyrocketed in price. I really don’t want to spend the money here when I can go to get take out from somewhere that actually has better ingredients and takes the time to make it.
We come here all the time and there's usually no issue. Pizza is consistently good and so is customer service. Today was the first time we had to wait a crazy amount of time but I can't complain. The gentleman in the drive tru apologized several times, he was very polite and made it up to us. Worth the wait. I'm very happy.
My last two trips have been disappointing to say the least. The cashier acted like I was inconveniencing her just to be there. The other time I placed an online order, got there when they said it would be ready. They had four of the pizzas ready but we're just sticking one of them in the oven. So I had to stand there and wait for that one to cook while the rest of them got cold. They are a good price, but you get what you pay for.
Employees can be rude, they don't listen and I've gotten pizzas that tasted like they've been setting I'm the warmer to long.
I would give them zero stars if there was a option. They delivered the incorrect pizza. Contacted the store to speak to the manager on duty to fix the issue. He was to busy to speak with me. Now they are about to close. Guess nobody cares to fix the issue. Great customer service!!!! Won’t be going back!!!! ???
I know you cannot expect much from little caesars but I ordered food for delivery at 6:15 and its 7:35 and still no word at all about my food. Why offer delivery when you cant support the service being offered?.. Straight trash, im sure it'll be ice cold if it ever even makes it here.
Stopped by to pick up some pizza and found the location closed. Learned about location's earlier closing time being due to being short staffed. An employee was leaving the location as we approached and completely dismissed our questions and told us, "yeah, sorry, they close early cuz nobody is here to work" then just left us standing there. Saw another employee and asked him for the franchise owner's contact info. Second employee went and called the manager to ask for the information, and was told to tell us to go look up the corporate number online, they WOULDN'T give us anything else to contact ownership or management... the location doesn't even have its own contact information posted nor did the shift lead employee know any contact info for owner, manager, or even corporate... told us to go find it ourselves
Ordered on the app for the first time. Walked in right as order was being boxed up. Got what I ordered, hot and fresh. Great experience.
Well…today we decided to order the slices and stix unfortunately we don’t eat meat so I called and asked for cheese only after I’ve ordered and had it done before! The male individual who answered the phone responded “I’m NOT doing that” ….after ending the call without cancelling the order I called back to cancel it and he responded it was already cancel! With total disregard for customers and at this point service! This was def one of the worst interactions I have had since I have been in this area! Def not recommended ….depending the staff!! Didn’t catch his name but don’t really care at this point! Hope your food is better than his service!!
Quality chain location, never had an issue with any of their pizzas or staff. Of course if you want a quality pizza at an affordable price this is where to go!
