Store never has items ready other than your basic dozen. So much for special items or Easter. Your order in app and never get money back. This store is ridiculous. Please do better. Come first thing for donut holes only to be told you have not made them yet. Come later and oh we sold out...they sale out quick. Then refund me my money and stop being so pathetic!

Went there today asked for the spring mix ones and donut wholes. WS told oh there not ready yet. I thought Krispy Kreme was a donut ? shop. They never has there stuff together. Donut holes never make it past 9 am and then they don't have anymore. Your a dang donut ? shop make some more do your jobs. For the spring mix ones they are here for a limited time do your jobs and make them. All it seems is that people that work there are getting lazy just don't want to work. When you run out of donuts ? make more it's a donut ? shop for crying out loud. Just make more.
It's Krispy Kreme!! How can you not love it? My only gripe is their location. On a busy day their drive-thru causes a backup in traffic. They really should devote some of their funds to renovation of infrastructure or just relocate altogether, but you guys don't care about any of that, you came to read how good the donuts are. They're excellent lol
Terrible coffee and extremely slow service. Staff has been sampling way too many doughnuts and needs to use the business's stools just to walk around. Takes twenty minutes to retrieve three doughnuts and bad coffee.
I ordered chocolate covered creme filled and a whole milk at the drive through. Was given chocolate covered custard filled and when I asked about my milk was told they didn't ring that up and wanted me to pay again. No, thank you. The previous week I walked in. 6 employees and 1 working to fill orders while the rest stood around talking about what they will do when they finally get off work. This makes me really sad because I love Krispy Kreme and now me and mine won't even go anymore because the service is atrocious.
Great donuts even though the HOT LIGHT wasn't on. Great coffee too. Strong the way I like it.
Awesome Kinena was friendly and quick to help us! I do notice the app and in store products are never the same..What happened to donut holes ? Also noticed the don't stay fresh as long as they use too.. Definitely need to bring down the prices abit or more deals...overall I still love em

The person was kind at the counter but they were short staffed and didn't have what I wanted available but I still left with 2dozen donuts.
