I just got a giant turkey Tom. Lettuce was the main ingredient, followed by bread. Very little turkey on the sandwich. The cashier was very friendly

3rd time in a week and a half that my (1 SUB) order was messed up! I even told the cashier this problem and to please make sure it was correct. My fault for not checking, but when I got to work and ate it... it was wrong!!! It's only a turkey Tom with no tomato and add cheese and extra mayo. They will either add the tomato or forget the cheese. When I called and told them about it, their response was "OK"!

I went into the store and there were no customers ahead of me. The guy was busy doing something in the back with whatever they have at the counter. I waited for him to notice me and then he started walking towards me to help me and get my order as he got close to the cash register the phone rang and he said 1 minute please. at that point I started a timer at 7 minute points I said excuse me remember me I was here before the phone rang and he told me that his priority was the phone call so I walked out I will not go back

If you want to wait an hour and 2 mins for 2 sandwiches. Ordered online waited 30 mins to go to the store and it took over 30 mins more to get them.

I normally love jimmy johns but unfortunately I won’t be going to the one in Goldsboro again. It took over 20 minutes to get my online order and I was in a huge hurry. I almost left without my food that was already paid for. Very unprofessional as well. A lady kept going behind the counter with a small child which seemed to be a huge distraction to the employees. Definitely didn’t live up to the freaky fast slogan.

Definitely understaffed at this point and time. Hopefully in the future they'll be back up and running smoothly.

I'm so disappointed with the service in general. I placed my order online at 1130. Received my email confirmation at 1131. I arrived at 1147. 2 people arrived after me and placed orders and 1 other with an order pick up. This was not a racial situation. All 3 got their orders before I got mine. I was the last person to get their order after they called out 6 people's names. I got my order at 1208. No apologies. No kind gestures. No coupons or anything.The subs were dry they sparingly added mayo and oil and vinegar and the bread was hard. The worse experience ever and it was my mom's 1st experience and her last.

It was good food, but it was a turn off to discover they had roaches at the end of the meal.

Seems like two of the three employees are having a bad day. They were very rude to customers including us. They had an aggressive tone in how they spoke to people about questions they asked. I politely continued to be served here but they still had a dark cloud over their customer service skills. When I asked if the napkins were by the drinks the man pointed on his side of the counter and said “they are here help yourself” I hope their days get better they get a raise to help them cope with working here

Pick up your Junk Jimmy John’s. It’s disgusting
