I asked for my steak medium rare, I got a blue rare( barely cooked). I asked for medium well. I got this. Do you know the part of the package when you buy me that soaks up extra blood, I also got that. I got everything but what I ordered. I asked the manager for another steak, they ran out. And my friend already paid for our meal so for him there was no need to refund us (a gift card would have worked well)The eggs were good that I ordered, and my friends enjoyed their meal. That's the only reason it is not a one-star review.
Food was Delicious, there was a 10 minute wait for me to get a table, on what seemed like a slow night. Environment was clean, no complaints there. My Server was wonderful and friendly, the pancakes are So good. Stop in and get your IHOP On
I went here on my birthday. The waitress was friendly and we didn't have to wait in line for a seat. We were able to get everything we ordered and in good time. The food was delicious and seasoned well. Will return again. I recommend this establishment for a breakfast date or family outing.
Great service, and very clean. Our waitress, Lisa was awesome and took excellent care of us. We had a party of 10 and never had to ask for refills or for dirty dishes to be moved. Best IHOP I've been to and will absolutely go back. Great food and a great staff.
My husband and I brought our daughter here because it's what she wanted. When she got her food the chicken tenders were hard and the pancakes she couldn't even finish. My food was a waffle and eggs its was good and my husband didn't really eat much. It was nice to spend time together out again but the food was disappointing.
Our family decided to order ihop for our breakfast. We call in and we're told they're not taking online orders at this time. I explained to the young lady we usually do prefer online, however there isn't an option for shelled eggs online. So we chose to call in to order. She in a round about way again explains they aren't taking over the phone orders. That's no help to my question on how we can get our order how we want it. So I just simply ask her, "So should we just go somewhere else then?" She says we'll yes I guess so. I then say, "ok that's fine thank you." We hang up the phone. I call back to speak to the manager, because I'm sure he'd like to know his employees are turning away business. He explains we could place the order online, then call in to correct it. I told him, that makes more sense to tell costumers, than telling people to go somewhere else. He assured me he fix the situation. But that really left an unsettling feeling about even spending our money there. So we took the young lady's advice, and went somewhere else.
I been at many Ihop different states and cities and so far This locations where the servers are very kind and friendly and the food is delicious!!
Our server was very kind and attentive. It was a little busy when we visited, so I think he did a pretty good job with keeping up with his tables.Apparently they had ran out of smoked sausage because what we received did not look or taste like smoked sausage. Other than that everything else was good.
Miguel was my server today for brunch. He was welcoming and friendly. He made the long wait worth it. I have not been to IHOP in years.. I miss the iced coffee, but the tres leches pancakes were delicious.
We had a bit of a wait, around 20mins. The host who checked us in was ok but the hostess who took us to our table was not very professional. She got the menus told us to follow her then she proceeded to walk away from us not evenchecking to make sure we knew where to sit or if we needed anything. The only reason I knew where to go was because I watched her from across the restaurant. Now once we sat down and our waitress, Breanna/174, came up she was polite and attentive. She made sure our food was out quickly because of the long wait for a table. Also very friendly with everyone of her tables including ours.
