I previously gave Heroes 5 stars. Today I'm taking it down to 2. If it wasn't for the Wings being great and the server being nice, it would have been 1 star. The server told us right away that they had no Chicken or Fries (kinda odd for a Sports Bar). We started with Wings, which took a while to get but were fantastic. I then ordered a Crab Cake Burger. Server came back a few minutes later, they're out of Crab Cakes. So I ordered a Carolina Burger. That finally came and it was covered in coleslaw because they're out of Chili. So I ended up just having Wings. When I went to pay, I saw I'm being charged a Surcharge Fee for paying with a credit card, almost $2.00. Not my best Father's Day lunch, I doubt we will return to Heroes.

I've been that place several times and I enjoy myself every single time I go with my friends. The wings are phenomenal and I'm actually craving some as we speak. My question is could we call in for orders?
Been going to Heroes for over 10 years now (since they were at East Coast wings and the boat) but the type of crowd has really made weekends lame. People sizing you up, disrespectful, trying to start drama. The pool tables were in bad condition, messed up pool sticks, chipped balls. The waiter who was supposed to be serving the pool area went MIA for over an hour then took 30 minutes to close out my tab. This spot has really gone down hill.
Me and 12 cousins decided to come gather here for family time and drinks. We played pool, danced to terrific music, ate good and got AMAZING service! It felt like we was all 19 again, this is the place to come to have a great time! Please tip your servers well they deserve it in this place, and security is on point I felt safer than a virgin in a chastity belt! This was one of the best night if my life! Thank you Heroes!!!????
So after coming home and looking at the receipt I realized the math was wrong. We got charged auto gratuity... when their disclaimer on their menu says a table of 6 will be charged auto gratuity... hate to break it to you however 2 people does not make a table of 6. Sales tax was off as well... their surcharge/service fee was too... guess what people. I know how to do math. Also food was cold. Drinks were small oh and the menu prices online are cheaper than in the restaurant... how does $13.25 online equal $19.50 for same thing in restaurant?! THE BAND IS THE ONLY REASON FOR 2 STARS.
This is by far the worst restaurant in Goldsboro. They have deff won a metal for worst restaurant. The food is ice cold & out of date. If you try to approach a manger or staff about a situation. They will just throw you out and ban you from the restaurant. Then force you to pay for food and beverages you didn’t even receive or finish. If you want ice cold food, service with a attitude, charged incorrectly, and dirty place to eat and drink this is your place. ??
Came in past 11pm expecting to roll in and grab some food to go. The bartenders were so nice and friendly we ended up staying at the bar and eating and ordering more drinks! Great atmosphere, GREAT food, delicious drinks. Highly reccomend the catfish fingers and the Buffalo chicken burger. Even the fries were great. Marah was exceptional in her attitude and service, will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!
Terrible food and absolutely not worth the money. The nachos were terrible. We asked for steak and chicken nachos and received ground beef that had zero flavor with bland cheese and a few tomatoes. The server didn't even know what meat was on them and did nothing to fix our order. Our drinks were overly priced and came out half full. The bathrooms were gross and there was no toilet paper in the building from what the hostess told us to begin with but later found a roll. Three apps and a couple drinks was $75 and McDonalds would have tasted better. The manger was rude and didn't seem to think there was anything wrong. Won't return.
