Customer service is horrible

I ordered the New York Steamer and it was a soggy mess! They go way overboard on the condiments. Then I attempted to eat this mess and I couldn't even chew the meat because of the fat in the pastrami and on top of that it was cold. I went to the counter and asked for a knife and fork because the meat was so tuff and they acted like it was nothing unusual?I have eaten at this location before and it was better back then. Maybe they have new employees that don't know how to make a sandwich?
So fresh and tasty...me and my daughter went two days in a row. Friendly staff as well as the atmosphere. Jalen has just the best personality.

Awesome friendly staff, great food.
They have their good and bad days but ultimately it's a good place to eat with kind employees.
Subs were good but cold I was there 3 minutes before my pickup time and subs were waiting they made them too early I would rather have had to wait than get cold subs
