I love their coffee. They have sugar free flavors and sweeteners, a variety of dairy and non-dairy alternatives, and cold foam options. I usually order through the app ahead of time since I make custom drinks. It's my go-to for breakfast - avocado toast and avocado toast with roasted tomatoes are my favorites. Their donuts aren't overly sweet, which I actually prefer. I was so glad when they finally put a Dunkin Donuts in Goldsboro!
Slowest service I have ever experienced. They lock the doors so no customers can come in because they say they are under staffed. The doors should NOT be locked while business is open. Meanwhile there are 5 employees working. Manger does not know how to run a staff. The drive_thru is only open and is so long you are waiting over 15 mins for a cup of coffee. They lost me as a customer. I'll go down the street and go to Starbucks from now on.
Found hair in my muffin sandwich. Called was told no problem they would remake. B told them I had an appt she had to get somewhere quickly. I got all the way back it wasn't made, the people I talked to didn't seem to know what I was talking about, and half the staff had attitude and kept looking at me like I had done something offensive. Was not very pleased with this visit though I do typically enjoy going there
While I was getting my food in the drive thru I heard a manger yelling at one of the employees and than I heard a loud slamming sound. I cannot imagine what that manager put those poor employees through on a daily basis and will no longer support this place Krispy Kreme has much better doughnuts and downtown Goldsboro has a coffee shop that taste amazing I will be taking my business there!
I’ve came inside a couple of times and from what I assume is the manager’s kids talking and distracting the working employees while I wait ten-fifteen minutes for them to realize I’m there. It’s happened multiple times and often at times causes the employees to fall behind on orders both inside and drive-thru.

I have tried the Goldsboro Dunkin DonutsMultiple times. My experience, very limited variety of donut. Just went through drive thru, tried to order a donut and coffee, simple. No chocolate covered, no Bavarian cream, no chocolate cream filled, and no plane glazed!REALLY! I gave up. This is not the first time. Since they opened, I've tried 5 times and only purchased once.Don't know what the problem is, but how do they stay open?Truly sorry, that's the last time.
Hot coffee on a snowy day and they actually had staff working with smiles on their faces... Great service! You guys and gals rock...

Came in at 7:15 and they gave us the gritty, leftover, room temp coffee instead of our drinks. By the time we turned around to return the drinks (7:22) they were “closed”.
