Slimy and brown salad and pizza was suggy refuse to give my mother back her money and was very rude and disrespectful and racist towards her! Don’t come here unless you want to give your animals their nasty food! Place needs to be shut down! No we didn’t eat it we threw it away! Won’t be going back!
I should have read the reviews.? Horrible service! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The pizza had bubbles everywhere. Cheese gaps,or lack there of. I paid for XTRA. & the hot wings sucked,& was soggy.The sauce was just poured on ¬ cooked in! So disappointed with all the money I spent. Tried to resolve it with staff,she showed no interest or even cared. Management did apologize, &offered a redo.
2nd time burned from this local store. Horrible customer service both times lied to over and over again. I deal with customers daily and honesty is always the best policy. Both times were told over and over food was on the way. Ordered this last time at 6:45pm and it arrived at 8:45pm. Just be upfront and honest and explain we are short staffed and if you want it sooner it may be best to pick it up. Instead of lying over and over again. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt from the 1st bad experience but we learned our lesson. Will never order from them again. And your manager should learn the word I'm sorry. If he had any grace it would help maybe have folks understand alittle better. Always be truthful

Both pizza was burnt and it was more dough than anything. Very minimal sauce or cheese and on top of not being cut into slices!! I throw it away because it was just that bad. Will not return anytime soon.
Ordered a pizza today to be delivered. Customer service over the phone was fine. She let us know that it would be 35 mins. That’s not bad at all since they’re 3 min down the street and I’m unable to pick it up. 50 mins later no pizza, no phone call, nothing. So I called to check on the order and the team member informed me that the pizza has “been done and sitting on the rack.” She also said it would be another 25-35mins before I would get it. She stated that they are short on delivery drivers. I’m giving 1 star because I should’ve been informed when I placed the order that it could be an hour or more and new they are short on drivers. They have my phone number, a courtesy call would’ve helped. Then why is the pizza just sitting on the rack?? Why not wait to make it? The order was canceled.
Ordered at 6pm and was given a 29 to 39 minute estimation until delivery. Our order came out of the oven 20 minutes after we ordered. It is almost 2 hours later and our order has still not arrived.
First time ordering from this Domino's..actually haven't ordered from any Domino's in a few years..got the Pasta Carbonara and the Chocolate Lava cakes ? EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS..the employees were so nice. I will definitely be eating at Domino's a whole lot more now!!! And it's only an 11 minute drive from my house!!
The only way to describe this dining experience is just amazing, and it was a food high, for sure!!! I had the pasta carbonara and the chocolate lava cakes. Let me tell you, this combination is something you cannot not try!!! The customer service was awesome!!!
Online ordering getting better. Quick service for pick-up of order. Do have delivery service if you want to go that route
