I was from out of town and had ordered online for pick-up. I received a phone call ? from the restaurant and was told that there was a problem with my pick-up order he said that I had to come to the pick-up window and I asked if I could change my order to include delivery and he said no problem I didn't want to go to the pick-up window for it was crowded and he took my card over the phone and that helped alot. The food was delivered to the specified address and the recipient was over the moon ?. I just want to thank the team at the Goldsboro location. Good job team.....
Ordered a large double pepperoni, double sauce pizza. The pizza had double pepperoni but double cheese. The box didn't have label to show what I ordered. I order this pizza every time I order domino's. If pizza is made right you can't hardly see the cheese for all the extra sauce. This time you couldn't see or taste the sauce for all the extra cheese.
I had messed up when ordering so it wasn't ready when I arrived. They walked me through the app, helped me find my mistake, and even had my order ready earlier than expected. No attitudes, no making me feel dumb or like I was an inconvenience. Their sanitation grade is ?. Super nice staff and the food was wonderful.The only disappointment was the garden salad. The lettuce was a close to its date, but it was a prepackaged item (I didn't realize that when ordering) so I can't really fault the staff for this one.We will definitely be ordering from here again!
Just got off the phone with a lady and was denied delivery when we get it more than once a week because our buissness is owned by same people as bingo hall we are a different establishment we have nothing to do with whatever the reason is they don't get delivery anymore. I should have got her name and reported to it hq cause if we weren't allowed to get food from there because of that place then they shouldn't allowed the last 10+ times delivered through phone and door dash . Plus who denies buissness? Shaking my head pizza hut it is !
Service was good but the food quality wasn't up to par for 3/4 of the order.. the pizza was amazing.. the sandwiches and pasta bowl were undercooked.. other then that the customer service is great

If you are trying to use the 3$ off coupon make sure it is valid. It cannot be used until the week AFTER RECEIVING! Also easier to pay online if using it.
