The ice cream we got today was from Goldsboro does sherbet with melted ahead recrystallize yeah. They told us they had melted in the freezer had knocked off and they'll it refreeze and put it back in there again to serve to the people. Be careful I took pictures it is sickening. I intend to call the home office and sending the pictures as well.
The line was literally out the door with only one young lady preparing orders and working the register. The owner/manager (?) was present…he prepared one door dash order and went to the back. We saw him come out a couple times to do miscellaneous things but he clearly had no interest in assisting his team member or customers. I waited in line for about 25 min. When I realized he wasn’t going to help move the line I decided to leave. I went to Old Navy & as I was leaving out I saw the man in front of me walking out of Cold Stone with his ice cream. By then at least another 30 min had passed smh!!
4/2/22. The last time I saw people move this slow, it was in a nursing home. Line is touching the door and there is nothing resembling a sense of urgency in this crew.
Store had a sing on the door "CLOSED UNTIL FURTHUR NOTICE ". Open sign with lit. I pulled on the door, it was open. Several people had walked by and told me they were closed, because if the sign. When I walked in, employees looked stunned at our presence. They were very nice, said they were open and took our order. No where to sit inside. Sat outside. Outside of store was VERY dirty. Someone needs to seriously take a look at this place.
Absolutely delicious! The line was super long, yet the ladies worked diligently to fulfill orders. Customer service was top notch!
Terrible service only a few people in line and still waited 34 min to even get to order.. not enough people or they just really slow..
The owner is an a-hole. Never work for him.
Ice cream was wonderful as always but the place is clearly understaffed. Wait was a while . The girl was talking about her friends and the night before . Honestly save that for your break .I don't care why she didn't like him .. less talk more move when you have a huge line . The outside tables were filthy.id recommend eating in your vehicle or going to a nearby park . Again the ice cream was great though .
Had the strawberry cake batter, it was so good. The girls working had excellent teamwork, nice to see.
Awesome experience! Their Peanut Butter cup perfection is bussin! The staff is friendly and helpful also!
