Every time I come here and the older black woman is cooking, the rice is either too hard or too oily and nearly inedible. If the younger guy with the glasses is there it’s amazing. If they fired her, they’d be in good shape
This particular day, my order was ready quickly and prepared correctly. It was in the correct location on the takeout shelf. The store was nice, clean and inviting. Very easy to walk in and grab my order and get back home to enjoy .
My wife's new favorite place to eat. Good was good with a generous portion size. And the prices are affordable. Definitely get the best bang for your hard earned money. No doubt we're going back.
This location is definitely the worst even though it’s all Goldsboro has. They don’t bother to tell you they’re out of something until you make the drive all the way over there, and they ALWAYS seem to be out of something. Then if you substitute something, they don’t even change the price and you’re stuck paying extra for things you didn’t even get. Then it’s Russian roulette in regards to if you’re going to get fair portion sizes or not. Lastly, they mess up orders more often than not. These are all apparently very common complains, I don’t understand how they haven’t gotten it together by now.
The food was just ok and the portion size was small. However the young man that took our order was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu and was very pleasant and courteous. Most of the things on the bar that you wanted have a up charge associated with them? Even though the menu is limited I found it difficult to navigate but this was only my second time here.
Would be 5 but this is the 3rd time in a row my pickup order has been wrong… I’ll try again next week
This chipotle does suck. I ordered a bowl and the rice was undone. The manager must didn't know water cooks rice because she said it was all like that and they continued to serve it .... refund me $-)
This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever encountered... and I usually love Chipotle, so that says something. It doesn't matter if I pick up food myself or order via Door Dash - there is always an issue.First off, the portion sizes are a joke compared to other Chipotle franchises and nothing is ever consistent. No steak for the burrito bowl you already ordered and paid for? They will literally just put veggies and rice in your bowl and put it in a bag without even bothering to contact you and ask if you'd like it substituted for something else. They do not care and will happily keep your money even though you didn't get what you paid for. If you DO manage to get the steak you paid for, it's full of gristle. All of this has happened multiple times. Never again. Good luck staying in business when you continuously put out food like this.
Tired of not hardly getting any rice like wth. I’ve always loved chipotle but this one rips you off with the food.
I purchased the Brisket. It was overcooked, very hard, & tasteless. The platter was incomplete because all of the ingredients were not availableI ask to speak to the Manager, He gave me the number to his general manager. I called and got no response. But I will continue to reach out to get this issues resolved. It's ridiculous the prices and the food & service don't match up
