1st and last time here...this is by far the Worst Chili's I've ever eaten at...I got the triple dipper with big mouth bites original chicken crisper and southwest egg rolls the chicken was too salty nd the eggrolls were nasty the inside mix tasted old and mushy as in over cooked. the big mouth bites were dry with No flavor very bland. My husband had a rack of ribs that were over cooked & tasted like ketchup instead of barbecue sauce the street corn was soggy as if it was cooked yesterday and they just added the seasoning on it wen ordered!!! Even the salsa was watery nd bland now how do u mess up salsa??! FYI: Retrain the entire staff from the front of the house to the back of the house... Customer Service trainings & more Kitchen trainings!!!! 2 Unsatisfied Customer's!!! #from down south and flavor has Never been and issue!!!
Definitely the worst experience we've had with Chili's. The Chicken Tenders , I mean just look at them. Absolutely ridiculous to say the least. Not even edible so needless to say they went in the trash. The cheese curds tasted like straight old grease. Look at the mutant like southwest eggrolls. What the hell is happening with that gigantic fried mess and didn'teven get the right dip with it, just plain ranch. Lastly, we didn't even get the beef bacon quesadilla that we paid for. Such a horrible experience, not sure we'll ever order from this location again.
Went to dine in last night (5/14/22). We got there and were seated immediately, we could tell our server was new because she asked a lot of questions. I’m a very patient and understanding person because I know how things have shifted post-COVID. I get that it’s hard to find people to work. So we ordered an app, two entrees and a kids meal because my son was with us. Appetizer came out within 10 minutes of us placing the order. Then we sat for a while watching all of the surrounding tables being taken orders for and receiving the food they ordered while we had already placed ours and were still waiting. About 50 minutes go by, and who seems to be the manager running the restaurant comes to our table to tell us that our order was never put in and they were cooking it now and that it’d take about 5 more minutes. Another 15 minutes go by, they finally bring out my sons mac & cheese, a couple minutes later the manager brings my fiancé the ribs he ordered. I asked where my plate was & with a snarky remark he says there were only two meals on the order. Waited ultimately for over an hour and a half watching people get seated and fed that came in after us and they didn’t even care! I placed my sons order first, then mine, then my fiancé ordered his. I don’t know how they missed a whole entree in between the order. This business is so poorly run, I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. The manager didn’t even care to make anything right so we left and didn’t bother touching the food they brought out. My son was distraught that we left the restaurant with his drink and food still on the table. Horrrible service. I would give 0 stars if possible.
Came in and was seated instantly. Server was very nice and did a fantastic job. Food came put quick, and was hot & delicious. We couldn't ask for a better experience.
I don't normally leave 1 star reviews but this will be the first and last time we eat here. My husband and I came for lunch. It was very empty with only one waitress working. Any other staff I saw were either rolling silverware or talking. I ordered the cajun chicken pasta and my husband ordered a quesadilla. The service and food were very slow despite (again) it being very empty. When the food did come, we were definitely disappointed. My husband's quesadilla was basically a kid's meal with very little filling, but he said it at least tasted okay. My meal was much worse. I know this is just a franchise and I shouldn't expect much, but good lord. My food was almost inedible and the worst part was the insane amount of raw cajun spice they literally just dumped on top. I ate four bites because at this point, I was starving... but then I found a curly dark hair about 2 inches long underneath the pasta. I was just done at that point. Needless to say, we won't be coming back.
It was my first time eating thereThe food was delicious and the staff was very great and helped their wait staffThe bartender was very knowledgeable on fixing the drinks which was very good and strongI definitely will be back
Great food and great service too. Plus it's the only place in the Goldsboro/Kinston area that serves RED OAK on tap (see photo).I bought some cans while visiting Winston-Salem during the holidays, but now I know I can get it locally ON TAP at CHILI'S.
We went in the hostess was very nice. We got our table we sit there for about 10.minutes and no one came over. My boyfriend got up and went to find someone, the hostress came over and told us that they was short and we could wait or leave she didn’t care. We sit there and thought about what she said so we left.
My wife and I went for lunch. The service was short staffed so we understood why it may have taken awhile to get refills but all the food was over cooked and had a slight burnt taste. The half portion of Texas cheese fries was more like a quarter than a half. We literally had 32 burnt fries with a lot of melted cheese that was hard and a few bacon bits here and there. I ordered the margarita chicken and it came cut into 3 small pieces but they didn't fit together as if it wasn't the same filet. My wife got the crispers and they were dry and hard with hardly any sauce on them. She wasn't able to chew half the crispers so it was pretty much a waste of money. We got the cookie skillet for dessert and the middle was pretty firm instead of chewy and the edges were dark and hard. The ice cream was the only thing in the whole meal that was good and done right it seems. It could be due to not having enough staff or it could be that they chose speed over quality. I'm not sure but I hope it changes soon because my wife really like the food in the past and it was a good date night spot.
My friend and I came and had lunch. We arrived at about 1pm and our entire visit lasted an hour exactly. Service was great. Our waitress was training someone and they were both so nice. There was about 7 other tables filled up so not too busy. Only thing I can "complain" about was they didn't bring out my friend's salad when they brought out my soup. But that was fine and definitely nothing worth fussing over. Our main meal was great. Those boneless wings were better than Bdubs but the fries were kinda bland. If I lived closer then I'd definitely be back.
