Found plastic in our chicken sandwich’s a couple nights ago. Reached out to the store and corporate and have been ignored. Corporate blamed DoorDash for it… I was unaware that DoorDash prepares and cooks the food they deliver now… I’m very disappointed in the way this has been handled. $50 on our dinner wasted.
Where to Begin...I thought the whole point of doing this remodeling was to help improve serving customers in a timely & efficient manner. NOPE! Worse than before the remodeling.Went at 3:00 & had to wait 30 minutes, just to order!! Thank God nobody was dying or if I had to work! Line was backed up to the road the mobile lane was once again, barely no cars at all. Lady Manager / Assistant just comes out and looks, and then goes back in. Like get people off the road, before an accident happens. To me, the mobile lane needs to be for both that purpose & drive thru. Asked for sauces and condiments...looked in the bag and one, the bag was very stuffed to where I had to dig in it to get to the bottom of the bag. Two...No Sauces or Condiments and the Fries were Nasty! AND I ordered a 3 large meals...the place got stingy & filled it up like the regular size you would usually get. I paid extra for large fries, and it was filled like that!This location has gone downhill & again, it's worse than ever before! Will not go to this location again, I'll just go to the one in Wilson.There was 1 Positive...the Cashier was Great, but that's all. The bad outweighed the good. Owner & Management need to re-evaluate and go back to the drawing board, Cause This is NOT Working For Them! There needs to be another Chick-Fil-A Location in Wayne County, Like Mount Olive Or Pikeville.

Food is up to par for chick fla, the lines at this location are always ridiculous, their old drive thru was pretty bad. I thought it would be better after they re-opened. I was wrong its way worse now. They have a "fast lane" for preoredered food, but you cant even enter that lane until waiting in the regular takeout lane which completely voids the purpose of a fast lane. Average wait over 5 visists since reopening is 35-40 minutes.
Not really sure what improvements were made to this location, but from what I can tell none. Mind you, one has to circle the building at least once before even getting their order in. We waited in line for 15 minutes and didn’t even make it halfway around the building. At that point I was over it and just left. The set up is ridiculous and at times even ends up blocking a main intersection. The wait time is not worth the quality of food. I’ve been told ordering online is faster, but not by a whole lot. Either way, plan on waiting at least a good 20 minutes minimum to get your “fast” food. Never again.
The new express lane is great, in theory but the location is just too small. I scanned my app at the first QR code and didn’t receive my food (a salad and lemonade) until I got to the window when people behind me were getting bags of food before me. I went back again the following night because I really wanted another salad and a combo. Did the same thing and when I got up to the window, I was told to pull forward and they’d bring me my food. I have been going to this chick fil a for over 7 years now. Can't wait for the remodel to be finished so I can get back to ordering from here. Staff is always wonderful and accommodating, remembers me and always asks how I'm doing and stops to talk. Can't say enough good things about the manager and employees.They will also always correct my order if something is wrong or even if I had forgotten to add/remove from the sandwich. Drinks are always marked which is very helpful.
I received burnt chicken nuggets in the drive thru, they smelled TERRIBLE! I go back to return them and show the manager.. the girl at the window was RUDE! Looked at the chicken nuggets and said “they look fine to me” and started to laugh at her coworker! this is RIDICULOUS, never had a problem like this from chick-fil-a! will not be going again!
Chick-Fil-A is great, but not this Chick-Fil-A. No top bun on sandwich and gave me sprite instead of water. This isn’t the first time this has happened. There have been other incidents like this, and I have had enough of them. It is better to drive a hour away to a Greenville or Winterville Chick-Fil-A then go to this one.
I have eaten at Chic Fil A restaurants from California to the East Coast and this was the first time I ever got a bad chicken sandwich. Wasn't just me, everyone in party had a bad experience. The teas was also like water. This location needs some leadership and QC.
