I am going to say that my filet from Outback was prepared much better than the one here.We took some desserts to go and they were somewhat dry.The server was personable, but the individual who did the presentation of the entrees seemed a bit robotic.I think it is a bit expensive. Maybe polish up the staff to encourage them they are somewhat upscale if they are asking the prices for their meals.
One word, AMAZING! Our group had never eaten here before and what a great first visit it was!!! Macy and the other server were fantastic! Great customer service. Macy and the crew checked in frequently, didn’t let the glasses get half empty, was knowledgeable with the dessert selection and the presentation is spot on!! (Great upsale on the desserts)! The food: MELT IN YOUR MOUTH, SLAP YOUR MAMA GOOD!!! Those that don’t know me wouldn’t know I am a ketchup on my steak kinda guy (don’t judge!) but the steak served to me this evening was seasoned to perfection, juicy, and not a drop of ketchup went on my plate! Will definitely be back, if you are looking for a great steakhouse with great hospitality, look no further!
Servers were friendly and attentive, food was average but prices were way above average for the quality and quantity. $50 + for a steak, side and small one trip salad.
My overall experience was impeccably awesome. Great customer service was given to my family and I. The waitress and chef was patient. We were at the restaurant 2hrs after closing and the owner didn't rush us he told us to take our time for my husband's birthday dinner. Also, the food was amazing everything cooked to perfection . I will definitely be going back!!! Thank you again for an amazing night.
Terrible online reservation service used through their site. 8 PM and CONFIRMED . I even called to double check. Upon arrival , Clueless girls working front end could not give me a seating time. It was obvious they over booked as an irate couple next to us werealready a hour over their seating time . Their menu prices should also reflect great service as well as atmosphere..Will not be back.
The best steak I've had in years! And don't miss the mushrooms. Absolutely wonderful! Make a reservation though, the wait can be long. The staff was superb and very friendly. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.
Great steak (had the 8oz ribeye )and pork chops all really juicy tender and full of flavorIn our opinion, future visits to this restaurant will be take-out only. Service was a letdown, we had too ask for drink refills and wasn’t told/ explained about the salad bar, so we didn’t get it. It is self serve, we were told that after receiving our bill. The ambiance was not comparable to the price of the the menu
The food was delicious! I had the 8 oz Ribeye with grilled asparagus and the salad bar. Husband had the burger with twice baked mash.Ribeye was perfectly cooked and asparagus was seasoned well. Salad bar contents were mostly fresh.Burger had lots of flavor and was cooked nicely. Twice baked mashed potatoes had a good texture.Cocktails need some work: Whiskey sour was poorly made over all, a double crown royal whiskey sour was brought which was not requested. The lack of egg white and fresh juices was disappointing. Garnished with a cherry instead of an orange or some type of citrus wedge. This is in my opinion due to servers/waitstaff doubling as bartenders and having to mix their own cocktails.We will be back for the food for sure.
The steaks were delicious and prepared perfect. The salad bar was fresh with lots of choices to prepare your salad. The hostess was busy doing several jobs, she cleaned a table and had us seated quickly. My wife had a bar beverage and said it was great too. The waitress was very attentive....we never had to ask for anything. They rarely passed our table without asking did we need anything. The price was what I expected. This was one of the best dining experiences we have enjoyed in a long time. We will be back.
I found out about this restaurant from word of mouth and decided to try it out to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. I made a reservation through their website for 8:30p.m. When we arrived, our table wasn't ready yet. We were seated at 9p.m. and didn't receive our food until 9:30p.m. you're probably asking yourself why I gave them a 5 star rating when we had to wait an hour to get our food let alone 30 minutes to be seated when we made a reservation. Here's why....their food is literally "worth the wait". This was our first time coming here and they provided outstanding customer service as well as delicious food. Listen, I'm gonna be dreaming about their grilled bread for awhile! The ribeye and filet were cooked to our liking and the sides went perfectly especially that mouth watering bread...did I mention how good their bread was? Seriously though. Thank you to the entire staff! I highly recommend this restaurant just be prepared to wait even if you made a reservation.
