My wife and I went in the other day and ordered a simple 2 for $10 meal. Sat and waited for our food. Several customers came and went no food. After nearly waiting for 30 minutes we find out they just decided to clear out our order and not make it for some reason. Everybody there seemed to have an attitude other than the assistant manager. He at least apologized so theres that. Got a refund and wont be back.
It might have been better if they didn't have such rude employees and if the fry's were done

I get breakfast here frequently and it's always fast and friendly service. Last visit I received the wrong item and it was fixed promptly without any issues
I was there between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The service was extremely slow. Employees seemed unorganized. My order was incorrect- I asked for fries with no salt. I was given cold fries that were salted.
Needed something hot and ready to eat, didn't feel like cooking
Something is always off when I come here either lack or food or lack of customer service
A lot of young folks working there now. And you know what, the food was the best it's been since moving here in 2018.
I understand being short staffed, but at least have a decent attitude towards your customers.
