I really enjoyed this burger they went back to the old way microwave because I haven't been in a good while because the burgers used to be so bad when they took away the microwave and they said they use the microwave again now the best burger ever. I'm satisfied customer in the morning time in the evening time piles up on you but other than that I'm still good satisfied with it

Now hiring sign in parking lot. This should have been a sign to make a different dining choice, though I really wanted to try one of the new burgers advertised. The dining room was filthy. Not a single table was clean. All needed to be wiped. We found the one that was the least dirty and wiped it with napkins ourselves. The wait was longer than necessary for our food, then both orders were incorrect. I ordered a whopper melt with the caramelized onions, mayo, and ketchup. Mine was missing the onions. When I went to ask for the onions, the young lady behind the counter looked at me, then continued to do what she was doing (waiting on something from the cook, just standing there) vs. asking me how she could help me. The manager on duty finally made it to me and I asked for the onions. He instructed the same young lady who had ignored me to take my burger and have the cook add the onions, to which she did, only to be told by the cook, he didn't know where the onions were. The manager heard his comment and said if he was out there were some in the freezer. The manager had to stop what he was doing (sweeping) to go behind the grill to correct my order. My husband by this point had opened his double whopper to find it covered in cheese, which was not requested. The whoppers and double whoppers don't even come with cheese, unless it is requested. Again, the manager had to correct the order. The poor manager has incompetent staff and certainly does need to hire more help or invest in some robots. While we were there we saw him cleaning, taking orders (he also took ours) and having to cook, while others stood either watching or just simply walked off, as the cook had done when the manager had gone to correct our orders. Even after the correction to my husband's order, it still wasn't right. He had to pull off the tomato and onions he had requested be held off. We will likely not be returning to this location. They either need to get it together or close the doors for good. I felt sorry for the manager.

Food was good but not guite as warm as I would like it but good were polite, came out fast for lunch time.

3 cars in drive thru. After waiting 15 minutes drove off. Only ordered a mocha Frappuccino.

Not sure what's happened to this location. Used to be one of the better ones around. Ordered 2 16pc nuggets. Reiterated it twice. Got 2 8pc instead. 2 original chicken sandwiches were also ordered and the bread was hard on one end of both sandwiches. And there was mayo on the bacon double cheeseburger. There's never, ever been mayo on that sandwich all the years I've been ordering it. People want a $15 minimum wage. Not likely when you're only worth $5 and that's being kind.

Went to get the 2 for 10 ordered the big king it's a double cheeseburger has no lettuce and only pickles we ask no onions but this isn't a big king this small. If so the advertising is false. Already had to wait about 15 minutes just to order and pick up the food.

They have great Vegetable Burgers (Beyond Burgers!)

I enjoyed my food however they put entirely too much mayonnaise on their burgers.

My fish sandwich was horrible no lettuce no pickles i asked for extra cheese i ended up with none i had to come home and put my own. My fries were cold and hard . Only part of meal that was good were my nuggets. Very disappointed with my food today.
