awesome pizza, great customer service
Maybe I ordered too late in the evening but my family and I haven't had Brooklyn pizza in years so we decided tonight we give it a try. Pizza was cold and tough. My sub was blend hardly no mayo or other sauce. As for everyone else it was ok nothing to go crazy over. Needless to say we probably want go back again for another 4 to 5 years if at all. I can say back in the day the Stromboli, lasagna, salads, garlic knots were good. If we order again we want do pizza or subs.

Brooklyn Pizzeria in Goldsboro, NC, is a nice surprise hidden next to a Wal-Mart Super Store. We ordered a small 16in Cheese pizza, small 16in Vegetarian pizza and an order of 5 garlic knots. The garlic knots were quickly made, hot and delicious!! The knots are in a serving bowl sitting on a bed of minced garlic and clarified butter. I HIGHLY recommend trying these knots as they were OUTSTANDING!! These garlic knots rank in my personal top 5 favorites I have eaten in NC. The Vegetarian pizza is very tasty, with my only complaint being the mushrooms were NOT fresh, but from a can. They were be no means terrible, but could have been better. The pizza crust was nicely made, soft and crispy. The Cheese pizza was also very delicious, well seasoned and the same soft but crispy crust. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious for a Sunday afternoon lunch. The open kitchen gives this restaurant a nice pizzeria feel and fills the air with all the wonderful pizzeria smells as you walk inside. One small pizza (16in size) is big enough to feed two people without a problem. It was a great experience with great food. If you are ever in the Goldsboro area, please stop by and have a great lunch at Brooklyn Pizzeria... you will not be disappointed!
The Food is incredible. My family ordered the Brooklyn special 18" pizza and 2 slices of cheese and two slices of pepperoni and they were huge. My family enjoyed it so much. They offer bottled and fountain drinks but if you go and dine in get the fountain because you can refill. We are looking forward to the next time so we can try the different items on the menu like the wings and calzones they do have a variety of items on the menu
When I ordered my pizza, I asked how long it would be before it was ready? The guy said to give him 15 minutes. Well this was at 3:45. Got there at4:00, gave them my name. They immediately got my money. So finely ask what I was waiting for after 10minutes whent by. I was told that they put the wrong toppings on it and had to make another one. I think they could have let me know that up front instead of making wonder what's going on. Well got home and found that one of the toppings was just thrown in the middle of the pizza. Don't know if I will go back or not.

I am from New Jersey. I used to love Brooklyn’s and would get it every time I had a guest in town. I miss the pizza from up north.The past two times I ordered, my pizza was BURNT. I waited an HOUR, to go up and ask for it and then tell me that they forgot to call my name and it had been done for over half an hour. Idk why you would even admit to that? Didn’t offer any compensation for giving me my cold, burnt pizza. The first one was edible enough. The second time, and last chance I gave, which was the other day, it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I threw the 7/8 slices away, the one that was tried made my friend sick and they threw up. I cannot believe they were so great and now are so horrible. I’ll never go back again. It’s disappointing that you wait an hour for a pizza, and they leave it on the stove top and forget to call your name so they hand it to you cold without a care.

Went into order 2 slices of cheese pizza and the man working the counter said it would be 30 minute wait. I said fine and he asked for my name. 2 minutes later he calls out two cheese pizza in a crowded restaurant and no one answered. Mine would be ready in 30 minutes like the guy working the counter said. Waited 40 minutes and went up and asked if my pizza was ready and he smiled and laughed and said he called that out five times and no one answered. Won't be going there anymore!!!!!
