This boba flea is the worst one I’ve been to, got a tailgate special and they didn’t give us any plates, cups, utensils, or napkins, and it’s happened multiple times, you’re better off going to the southern legends or McDonald’s
I'm so bummed this location can't get it together because I love the food. It's always far too long of wait no matter what you're ordering. The staff is not kind or friendly but usually in a mood. I waited almost 30 min for a 16 tender family meal. I would've just said screw it and left but I had already paid. This location needs a revival...BAD.
Food was absolutely terrible. Fries were room temperature, and the Bo sandwich’s mayo was cold with a lukewarm chicken fillet.
3 times a row my order has been wrong. The recipe is right but I didn't pay good money for the wrong thing. If their making $15 a hour and I'm not. I want what I bought and nothing else.. They just throw whatever in the bag is near without wanting to move to do any work. I'm a nice person and figured the first time was a mistake but it's been 3 times in a row at this location.

Will start driving to a different Bojangles. They constantly mess up orders. Just today I received no straws, no dipping sauces, and half the order was wrong. Also, the fries didn’t have seasoning on them and some were cold.
The cashier was very rude and unprofessional when I questioned my order and tried to tell it wasn't right. She said, "I ain't got time for this!" then called over the person who took the order. She then turned her back on me as if I wasn't there to pay for my meal. I explained to the gentleman who took my order that I had changed my order with him and it wasn't correct. I also told him that I needed to talk to him being that the cashier said she had no time for me. I told him that this was poor customer service on her part which was terrible and uncalled for. I never disrespected the cashier. On my order it also call for a mt. dew drink only to be given something that tasted a mixture of twist and mt. dew. I didn't try to return this drink because I felt she may give me something else again. Receipt # 461156 at 4:38:18pm on today 14Nov 2021.
