Came to this location at 6:30 PM, ordered a 3 piece (leg and two thighs) dinner only to be told they only had breasts and they close at 7 PM. Well maybe make more chicken then! Location doesn't care to actually make money by servicing customers and staying open as long as their website leads you to believe. If it's a staffing issue, hire more people, if you can't hire more people, pay more to hire more people so you can actually attract people to work.This location should be embarrassed at the way they are serving the community.
8:06 pm. Sign still lit up. Note on drive-thru speaker says only open 7 - 7. Most bojangles visits nowadays are a disappointment overall. This one keeping with the downward trend.

10:19 am and can't even get a biscuit doors locked and only drive thru is how is a truck drive supposed to get something to eat
Need to teach your employees the parts of a chicken, menu says leg and two thighs. Couldn't understand the cashier mumbling behind the mask that she wasn't even wearing properly so all it was doing was making her hard to hear.
Typical Bojangles. Long waits for simple items, cool fries, and average quality food

Got the steak biscuit special and it was delicious and it's been a while since they have done this special ....one of my favorites ....hard to go wrong with Bojangles !!!

Fries are never hot. They always run out of bo berry biscuits and they will screw up your order. I understand everyone needs a job but they have to many kids working there and they could care less about your food!!!!
