I sat in drive through for 14 minutes then when I got to the window they seemed like I was really bothering them for asking for napkins a spoon mustard and salt! If you are gonna take forever which moves it from fast food to slow service then you could at least smile and be friendly to the customer at the drive-Thru window
Very nice folks here although like so many other places they are understaffed which led to them being a little on the slow side. My biscuits and gravy were hot and fresh and it is one of the very few places that you can get their barbecue sandwiches which I highly recommend!!!
Horrible place. Lady completely rude, literally yelled “ANYTHING ELSE” as I was trying to tell her rest of my order. And 3/4 of my order was wrong. Thank you to the lovely employees!!Edit: Came back again and still just as bad?
Girl Cashier at night has an attitude, went at like 6:50pm, waited 30 minutes before ordering, waited like 10-15 minutes just to get to the window. And she pure asks the other 3 employees working "Can yall go deal with those crazy people cause I'm not!" They told her they couldn't. All because My Mom & I asked how long the wait would be till we got our food, since we've been waiting till doomsday. And she literally told us we were making it up & that it's been only 13 minutes since ordering.Last time I checked 13 is in between 10-15, so I don't know where she got her Diploma or GED from, and to not be able to know that! Scary! So I finally said "Just cancel my order, & I'm not paying you to be mistreating my Mom & I! She rolled her eyes & laughed. Bad service! Wayne County Bojangles' Sucks! But the One On Spence, that girl treats you like a nobody!
Biscuit was not done, raw tasting. Fries so salty you couldnt eat them . Terrible
Avoid this Bojangles of possible. They always have a long line. Tonight they forgot my chicken for my box. The phones are off the hook, the doors are locked, now I'm going to have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes before I can even tell them how they messed up. 0/5
Worst Bojo in the state of NC. Shame too as long as one has been in this spot. The drive-thru wait time can be measured with a calender.
I ordered a two chicken breast meal and add one more breast. When I get home I opened the box and I have 1 breast, 1 leg and 1 thigh. I look at the receipt to make sure I said it right and I did. The biscuit was hard as a hockey puck. You want $15.00 hour and this is what I get? I won’t be back.
Bo's biscuits are always delicious! Long wait in drive-thru but worth it. Staff seems personable. Only issue is the special items weren't updated when I visited. I was looking forward to the pork chop biscuit as it was still on the order window and the sign at the street but that special ended some time before my visit.
This is the worst place to go! Michelle is a worker here who had helped us inside. At first we went threw the drive threw for three different orders and they said we can do that then they changed there attitude and said u need to come inside. So we went inside and Michelle had helped us, she was extremely rude and has the worst customer service in the world. They have a sign on the menu saying biscuits all day and Michelle told me they don’t sell them at this hour and it’s only 4. I’m so upset and my cousin was super excited to come here and now we will not come here again. Very disappointed wouldn’t NOT recommend. ??
