This location was willing to serve me unlike the location on 117. They didn't have the chicken for my order so I was offered to substitute the thighs for legs or I could wait for a fresh batch. I waited and it was worth it to get hot and freshly fried chicken. It was slow, but part of that was having to wait for them to fry the chicken. Girl working the register was new but I assume she'll get the hang of working the register sooner rather than later.

Expect to spend at least 20 minutes in the perpetual drive-thru line, oh, and your order ... yeah, won't even be remotely ready by the time you reach the window.Think you can go inside and get your order faster? Good luck and roll those dice to see whether or not it's actually open during the posted hours.I suspect the ONLY reason this location is still open is due to its location.

Ordered online & arrived when my order was to be ready. Was told at the drive-thru window there would be a 6 min wait for one of the items on my order (there were no other customers when I arrived). 30 min later….after I watched several cars get their food & leave, I walked back to the drive up window & was told my food was being packed up. Another 5 min later….I finally received my food. No apology for the wait or anything. I had tried calling the store from my car & knocking on the window (dining room closed) during my more than 30 min wait & no one answered the phone or responded to my knocking. Will not be returning to this location! Very poor customer service!!!

Stop by on my lunch break during work, from the time I got in the Drive-Thru line which was short, till the time I left the line with my food was about 20 minutes. The food was okay. Most other Bojangles the service speed, and temperature is better.

Driving with trailer couldn't fit in the drive thru, sign on the door said inside was open till 8pm, was 7:15 an doors are locked. Said on the door to call if you couldn't fit in the drive thru, called they suprisingly picked up but told me I had to wait in the line and order at the window. So stood behind 5 cars and when I finally ordered they got it wrong, forgot half the order, then they forgot the drinks, and the food wasn't good at all. On top of that other people kept walking up because their orders where wrong and missing stuff.If you drive for a living or are just passing through with a trailer skip this place and hit the next one.

The orders were wrong. Could not take back food doors locked.ordered fish combo an plain grilled sandwich got a Cajun filet club and a Cajun filet sandwich with Mayo. This was 2 in the afternoon. The prices go up and the quality of service goes down. Note staff.shortage yes.but service quality could be better at making sure customers get their right order so people won't complain. And my dog was highly upset that she didn't get her plain grilled chicken sandwich!

Food was good as always, but I ordered two combo meals and did not ask to upsize the drinks. Both meals had 15 cents added for a large drink. I also ordered honey mustard for Supremes, but was given bbq sauce.

Service is so slow. Dining room was closed. Employees have bad attitudes. Sat in line for 20 minutes. Only moved twice. Food was warm, not hot. For 20 min wait. It should be hot.

Juan was AWESOME!!! GREAT customer service but all the food I got was hard and burnt like it had been sitting there all day. But the cheery staff makes me wanna give them another try on another day!!Good job Juan and crew!!! 5 stars for you...

They food was great. The staff, not so much. There was a lady working the inside food line that needed to be retrained I guess. She got confused when my 4 piece white meat meal with Cajun fries would not fit all on one plate. The other boxed orders had her opening and closing all of the boxes 3 or 4 times. This made for an extremely slow moving line. To her credit our orders were correct. There was some younger dark haired fat kid just standing around and avoiding eye contact when I needed my sweet tea refilled. A lady behind me asked him to help. He then pointed to the slow lady and replied “she’ll help you in two minutes!” as he bolted out of a side door. It took close to 15 minutes to get our refills.
