This place is a great place to catch breakfast or lunch. The breakfast menu is very reasonable. Don’t miss the link sausage straight from Nahunta Pork Center. The grits are also “spot on” and just perfect as regular grits go. The prize is lunchtime. Each day B&G features between two and four daily specials. The restaurant is often full of patrons and lines do form during peak days and hours but there’s rarely a lengthy wait and it’s always worth it. The best sides and dishes sometimes sell out by 1:30 or so so it pays to arrive early. The Lunch Service winds down at 2:15pm so don’t come late.
I waited 30 minutes for my call in order,just to be told they don't except credit cards but went inside to use their ATM, it would be nice for them to inform the person over the phone, but the food was good
We like to go there on Friday's for the fried fish which is delicious. Also, the servers are friendly and efficient.

Poor customer service! Long story short, I was told the food that I ordered was beef only. I found out once I called back to add on to my order the sausage was beef/pork. I explained to them what was previously told to me and that I could not have pork. The nasty attitude lady at the register tries to still make me pay for the sandwich even though they gave the wrong information. I spoke to the manager and he was very nonchalant so I will not be a returning customer. I will say I have never had this issue before because I have been here several times but hold yourselves accountable for your errors and give good customer service. I will not spend a dime at a place where customer service is poor!!! Do better B and G!

B&G is a down home country cooking melting pot. Wish the vibe was this warm and authentic everywhere in Goldsboro.
