I want to start out by saying I lovvve Arbys food ever since the first day I ate there as a teen but this is worst Arbys I have ever been to, they are the only restaurant in Goldsboro that does not let you dine in/take out so the drive thru takes 45mins when they have 6 cars in line. Most of the employees are rude, and the food has been cold the last 3 times I have visited..and they are only accepting credit/debit. Corporate needs to send some help or just shut them down and put them out of their misery..

Was here the 14th of March in the drive through. The person taking my order was extremely rude. The dining area wasn’t open as usual. Customer service here is terrible.

In Goldsboro some of the employees are rude and never have employees to stay open until 11pm. I paid for my food at the window and before they handed me my food I was asked if I had paid for it.

Food and service was good. Bring back POTATO CAKES. Please. Crinkle fries were ok but not potato cake..

On Dec. 24th I order online. I paid with a card. When I went to pick it up I was told they don't do pick up orders, and they don't know how the order went through. Well it did go through. Money was taken out of my account, but I got no good. Now I am getting the run around. I would like my money back!

Love Arby's we had a accident and my aunt slip going out the door. But employees and managers were on the spot to help us. Did not take long for the EMS to get there. One of the employees was a first responder she took control of the situation very well. The assistant manager was on the spot talkin to me asking what happened to get the information and asked if we could please call them to let them know how things were going. I called back and talked to the assistant manager she was waiting after it's time for her to get off just to hear back from us and asked if we need anything. We appreciate the employees that helped as well. Thank y'all again

Great service but they asked me to run my debit card as credit so I wouldn't have to use my pin number. The cashier said that it was better and works faster but I was taught that debit worked faster than credit so I'm not sure why he was so adamant about running my transaction this way.

I went through the drive through and they forgot some stuff. I came back and the manager was really nice. Arbys bussn
