The food was not good and the service was worse. Our waitress never came back to refill our drinks and I had to chase her down to get the bill. When she finally brought the bill to the table I could smell where she had been drinking. The atmosphere was similar to that of a low end strip club. It was rough. Also she left my credit card unattended for about ten minutes. I will never go back.
Excellent experience. My server, Cedric, was on point and provided menu advice and was attentive to our needs. I do not like sirloin steaks BUT this one was prepared to perfection and wonderfully seasoned. My broccoli was steamed precisely. It was not mushy nor too hard but was perfect.It was not too crowdy and the food delivery was timely.I strongly recommend the weekend lunch/ supper time.
Not sure who managed to mess up the perfect margarita mix but Stormy, tonight's waitress saved the night with her conversation and witty personality and willing to help save the classic perfect Margarita mix. I've come to applebees, from all over the states, for over 20 years now for this specific drink and it's the first time it was ever wrong. So sour I couldn't stand it. Sad really. But stormy helped.
I believe our waiters name was Matt, but he was outstanding! There was an issue with our order and he was quick to fix it and made our dining experience enjoyable. Food was well prepared and steak actually came out medium rare (as ordered!) I hardly ever have luck with restaurants cooking steak right, but the chef nailed it!
This Applebee's has great food, the server was awesome. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bathroom was a mess. Toilet paper everywhere and the trash can was overflowing with paper towels. That aside, great experience!
It was kinda of a rough service. Took our kids order and our drinks order, then brought our kids food with no drinks then brings kids drinks and takes out food orders , got my drink before our food and my wife got hers after . It was a little rough but the blue aloha cocktail was fine and the shark bowl cocktail. Food was alright as well
Giving two stars because the servers are ALWAYS nice. The place is a hot mess. The staff is always confused it seems. Last time I ordered the fiesta lime chicken and rice, the rice was so dry I couldn’t swallow it. Tasted like when you try to microwave your left over Chinese. Chicken was kinda dry and my fiancés steak was well done when he asked for med rare. They fixed all of it and were friendly.My aunt decided she wanted to go on Valentine’s Day so we took her. Her ribeye sandwich was well done, when asked if it could be cooked a different way they said no because it comes pre cooked (gross). Our food came out and my sons was given to another table and eventually I had to ask where it was. One of our dishes was presented as having no bacon, (nobody requested that so don’t know what that was about). And the icing on the cake? My son gets sick after eating there. This is the second or third time now so it can’t be a coincidence. Just go to sheetz. The sanitation rating is easily viewable, it’s always 100% and the mozzarella sticks are better. And don’t let the bald guy carrying a bag politely bully you into giving him money ?
We had fast service. And the waitress was very polite. Our appetizers were very fresh. But the Alfredo need more sauce and be thicker and my state was a little too dry.
The food was good but the the server was a hot mess. She gave us the wrong drinks and then we asked for refills 2 times and she passed by our table 3 times and still didn't give us a refill. She sent it by someone else. Needless to say she didn't get a tip.
Great food, outstanding flavor.... Keosha our waitress did a great job.
