The food was decent. Service was slow,though they were not busy. I placed 3 oders & asked for them to bag each one separately. This was not done and French fries were spilled inside the 1 large bag.
Aggies is really falling off this used to be my favorite branch! Food was fresh as it always is. The prices you see posted on the menu isn't what they charge they need to update the menus,plus work on customer service it was horrible!

Horrible service. I waited 40 minutes for a salad, and then they have the nerve to not want to refund you. My lunch break was over by the time I received my food. And it wasn't even worth the wait when I finally got to eat it!
Ordered aggie wings mild aggie sauce n got sprinkles of aggie sauce.. second attempt...wings have shrunk...and associates suggested ordering extra sauce...smh..what a disappointment...NEVER AGAIN!

We are new in town I had heard and read great reviews. Well I let Google call and by mistake got the Goldsboro location. I immediately called back and said I just placed an order and I explained I dialed the wrong location and to please cancel the order. She was very rude and indignet and said fine I don't want to cook your order. Then she hung up. This is not very professional nor nice. Let's just say that I won't be doing business with them ever. At least not that location.
I hadn't been here in a long time. And now I remember why. The food was ok, but the drive thru service wait time was ridiculous! I called my order in and it took me about twenty minutes to get there, so I figured surely it would be ready by the time I got there. I waited at the drive thru about 25 minutes or longer waiting to pick up my order....and this was after I got up to the window! They really need to figure out a better plan for the drive thru customers.
Great place to stop in and grab a bite to eat the food is very tasty and the staff are great people with warm smiles
