Took forever to get our food though drive thru and there were plenty of people in there working.... Or should I say standing around. When we finally got our food I was missing half of my chicken strips and they didn't even give us any silverware. On the plus side the food was hot, fresh and good.
Crazy busy in there and under staffed like alot of places. The employees were doing their best. They held thier cool with a very rude customer. Food took a while but came.out just fine.
The service was excellent. The cashier was very polite and kind to us and the food was delicious. Overall great experience
The most consistently slow drive-thru I know of. I'm sitting here now... Barely moving. If everyone else didn't want Zaxby's, I wouldn't be sitting here.
Waited in line fo 40 minutes and they turn the lights off and didn't get served and the others customer either and they didnt bother to explain or even apologize had the employee laughing at the customer like it was very funny. The customers pay your bills... the African American male manager don't care about your business much less him self . Not a leader u need your customers that's what keep u going the disrespect. The thing was my kids father died that day it was awful to be treated like that??
I went inside yesterday on 4/21/22 @ 6:30pm and ordered my food, the service SUCKED from the entire crew including the manager, except for 2 young men that were working the register. No greetings upon entrance, no food or drinks available. They were rolling their eyes at the customers and didn't want to ask if they could help me. A young lady working the front turned around several times only to look at me and turn her head...smh. I'm saying this to say, I enjoy zaxbys food but they need to upgrade on their employees. Take an etiquette class for training like chickfila does...ijs
I got a chicken finger meal kids meal with no chicken I got a Zaxby’s fried Cobb salad with no chicken
Ordered 2 drinks, gallon of tea, basket of toast and club sandwich (sandwich only). After paying and handed my drinks and gallon of tea, I set at the window waiting on sandwich and toast for several minutes. Finally came to window and asked me to pull up stating they were waiting chicken sandwich. I asked how long the wait and they said 3 minutes. 12 minutes later, I called and asked where my food was, stating it had been more than twice the amount of time they told me. I was told chicken just came up and they were fixing it and would have it right out. A few minutes later they bring my food. Chicken sandwich was hot but the toast was cold…YUCK!!!! They put the toast in the bag when I was at the window and left it while waiting on the chicken which took 15 + minutes!! Terrible service!!
They only gave me 1 strip of bacon and 3 tiny tomatoes. Totally not interested in coming back here.
Sorry, but closed dining room?! Still?! At 6 pm. There were a ton of employees. Slow enough here. Gotta change this policy. Yikes. Drive thru slow as dirt.
