I found 4 strands of hair in my rice and I legit just opened my food up. This is unacceptable. Hair?!?

I went last night to get food for my family. We normally go to Sake but with fuel cost rising and Yamato’s being closer to home we decided to try it out. The help at both windows were very rude and the lady handing out my food almost dropped it. I pulled over to check my order before heading home but they tied the bag so it couldn’t be opened. So I get home and find that all three of our almost $10 chicken plates literally have like 9 pieces of chicken. I learned my lesson and will just continue to make the drive to sake for better customer service and to get more of what I pay for.

The spring rolls are amazingly great. The combo my son got was well worth the money. The only thing is the side of rice he got was a little skimpy. But other than that is was good. Definitely will go back.
Went through the drive-through and when I pulled up to the window they seemed already extremely annoyed that I was even there for some reason don’t quite know why. When I asked the lady do they have any kids options she said no and that all they had was sides, when I asked was there anything that I could get that was a small portions she seem to be annoyed with me even asking such a question. When I asked if they used eggs or peanuts as my child is severely allergic they specifically stated no they did not so I ordered a thing of sweet carrots and chicken. When I pulled forward to the second window to wait on my food another lady brought it to me I checked the bag and saw that I got rice instead of carrots so I asked the lady can I please have carrots as that is what I was requesting was carrots. She seem to be upset with me even though I had told the prior lady my order exactly. We got home and of course my son threw up his entire meal due to his egg allergy of which I asked specifically if there was any cross contamination possible. The chicken was extremely dry the steak was so tough it was like chewing on beef jerky I will never ever go here ever again or trust these people with any sort of food allergy information as apparently I am just a nuisance and a bother to them at their own drive-through. And apparently my sons health and well-being is not a concern of theirs
Had lunch here the 1st time.Food wasn't good, chicken was tasteless, broc was burnt, way over priced. Big disappointment.....Window lady not vert friendly
I Ordered xxxChicken @ Sauce. I got 4/5 xchicken @ 2 Sauce and my bill was $17. I was not happy at all. I called and they did nothing at all.
