We waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for the doors to open at 11am (7/4/22) and waited over an hour to get the food after being told it would only take about 20 minutes to cook the 25 wing meal deal. The wings were way over cooked (had a variety of flavors... ginger teriyaki, garlic garlic garlic, fiery peach and Bubba BBQ), burnt onion rings, hard fat fries and a salad. We were told the blue cheese needed to be made as our food was waiting under a heating lamp (food dries out under lamp over long periods of time).My lady and I were compensated with a food coupon for the delay but the food itself was unappreciated. It sucked watching all other patrons get their food when we were the first through the door. It sucked having overdone wings. It sucked having burnt onion rings. For 45 minutes no one gave us any idea of why our food was taking so long.The one fantastic thing about Wild Wing Cafe was having Robin (at the bar) chat with fun conversation and keep us updated on our order after 45 minutes of wait as we were getting aggravated during our visit. Not sure if we will use the food coupon because this experience did leave a bad taste in our mouth... figuratively and literally.I reserve 1 star reviews for bad employees yet I will say the people were nice, courteous, pleasant and attentive overall despite the issues we went through so 2 stars is what I have to give because the establishment was actually appealing to where we can see having a good time if we were dining-in to eat.
Placed an order to be picked up at 4:30. was able to get there at 3:30. Informed hostess when I came in that I was early. Waited 45 mins. And still didn't have my order. Asked hostess again and she said oh the cook didn't see my name on anything. I stated he didn't start on my order. She assured me that my order would be right up. Another 15 mins has past and the hostess is leaving and I still have no win
1. We sat for 12 minutes before anyone asked us for our drink order.2. The menu states the Honey BBQ Chicken Toasty is served on sourdough bread. It came on small white bread that quickly became soggy from the sauce. We weren't asked if we wanted something different. We ordered lime cilantro salad dressing and received some kind of Sriracha dressing. The only reason I was generous with the stars is because the server tried her best to serve several tables.
Okay so the food was good so I’ll add another star. But our server AMANDA legit ignored me the entire time and got everyone else’s orders. And she literally forgot my drink and I had to ask twice before her bringing it. (I was the second person to order) when we were ordering food she skipped over me and my father in law. And so my husband had to order for me cause apparently it was too hard for her to see me. she asked my husband for another beer he said no clearly and she still brought him another one. Also we ordered Spinach dip and they ran out so we got another sauce which okay no biggie then we ordered tater tots and they were out as well so my husband and my father in law got curly fries my father in law got his but we had to wait another 15 minutes before she asked him fries? (Forgetting about them). (Mind you we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food we had four people at our table) she literally wouldn’t check up on us and went to flirt and chat with all the other tables but gave us dirty looks. Then when everything was finished she messed up me and my husbands ticket and took 16 more minutes getting it back to us. And even when she messed up on all of this and we politely asked her to fix it she would make a face and roll her eyes at us. Definitely not coming back there again just because of that one trashy server.
Haven’t tried this place in over 3 years because then, they were never consistent. My son wanted to try so I said ok. Surely they could have improved. From time of sit down and order it took an hour to get the wings and that’s ordering at 4:22pm which wasn’t busy at all. The wings came and the celery on the plate was hotter temp than the wings, usually I don’t send stuff back but I was so hungry I figured I will still eat them or they only heat them up a little bit . The server took them and brought them back with the same temp to touch as before. Just another reminder of why I don’t come here and why I won’t recommend to anyone. If you want a bar then yeah this is probably good for that. But don’t expect good quality food or service . Oh and the basket of waffle fries that are $6.99!? Look at the pic of what you get for $6.99. Won’t be back here again. Save your money and go somewhere that takes pride in quality of food and service instead of cold beer.
First time ever & I will never come back. We got a seat 10 minutes before the Carolina/Duke game. The server got our drink order brung them & never seen him again. We had to find someone else to take our order. 10:00 into the game & my soda glass has been empty. Here it is at halftime & still empty. IF & I quote IF we get our food then I should not pay for it. This is ridiculous.

My husband and I love Wild Wings Cafe, and we patron this awesome restaurant at least twice a week! I absolutely love this place. Great vibe and really good food. Some very unique things on their menu! Even some very unique wing sauces and apps! Definitely try it out if you haven't!!
Horrible experience first it took a waiter almost 30 minutes to serve us. i had my family visit from Atlanta we came to wild wing cafe & it was not good the wings was cold & tasted like they were just put in a microwave. We ended going somewhere else but i hope someone else has had better experience. 0/10.
Came here on two separate occasions. The first being dinein I've only seen the online menu prior to coming into this location. I was upset to see that the specials on their take out orders werent offered in house, nor were there any similar family deals. We ordered the 25 wing deal which offered 5 flavors but we had trouble distinguishing the flavors from each other. These wings are not breaded so the are smaller than other locations that serve wings. Ordered the sampler and the frycuterie with the wings which were actually pretty good. Glad to see many variety of drinks offered but would've liked a larger beer selection. Ended up ordering their version of a Michelada, not worth the $10. It was a basic beer with the cup rimmed in salt and spices. Decided to give this place another shot and ordered the wing meal deal which consist of 15 wings and 15 nuggets 2 flavors(would've like more flavor options) along with 2 sides and a salad. The order was short on the nuggets and for enjoying the onion rings in house they were over battered this time around, they looked like donutsI'm not sure if I'll be coming back.
