The girl at the window was extremely rude. I was disappointed to know that the strawberry salad couldn't be altered because it was pre-made, even with meat on it. It tasted fine But her attitude really put a damper on it.
This is the worst Wendy’s ever. They mess up your order all the time , The lemonade is watered down, they dont give you a receipt the fries were cold. This is the last time i will visit this location. They are horrible and the place should be shut down. !!!!!!! Take the time and go somewhere else do not come to this Wendy’s location. I would rather drive 16 miles and go to the one in Lake Wylie and wait in line then to come to this Wendy’s
We go to Wendy's alot this specific location we do not come through a lot but we have been to in the past and it was fine. We ordered what we always order and we had two double stack burgers and two Junior cheeseburgers. I'll bite into the burger it has a very weird taste. I checked out the burger and it looks a little pink and red not bloody but pink and red and we're take I checked the other Burgers they are the same in appearance. We go back to the line and nicely tell them the issue and they say they will remake the burgers and they handed us do burgers and they were nice but literally exact same problem still pink and red and still has a weird taste. We won't be back here again.
We were traveling through town and went through the drive thru to get dinner. We ordered and then when we got to the window and wanted to add an additional drink the employee said they do not do add on at the window. What? I have never heard this. They could have deleted it and started over or edited it.. but no. So we left and thought about circling and ordering again but we were worried about them retaliating. BtW there was no one in line behind us.. absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a Wendy’s. Go elsewhere in this area. And when we called to speak with a manager afterwards we were out on hold for over 20 minutes so we gave up. Do better!
Lady at the drive thru said “order when you’re ready “ we said thanks . We were looking cause we didn’t know what we wanted . Was only one car behind us . She comes on the speaker with an attitude “are you ready to order “ then we say $5 bag cause we are obviously rushed . She says something and we can’t hear she goes “drink and sauce “ like very rudely. Don’t be mad cause you’re working at Wendy’s . Sorry :)
The nugget bucket! It's a 50 piece nugget that's only like $11. I went far too long without knowing this existed! They give you a choice of 2 sauces with it, so it can easily be shared! This was amazing!
This place sucks. I have been there 4 times in a week and every time the cooker is down for 30 minutes or more. Tonight i sat in the drive thru for ten minutes and no one took my order. And when i pulled in everyone was in the dining room on their phones. And they all want $15.00 an hour they can't even do the job.
Only Wendy's I've gone to where I've gotten the wrong meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got two burgers instead. Edit: Was mistaken about water bottle. Water was fine. They do rotate their stock. Even though it was the wrong order, the food was cooked well. No sense in driving twenty minutes back from work to change out the order!
This Wendy’s is so Ghetto!! They close the grill down early as hell and will only sell chicken nuggets and fries. Sometimes you come thur the drive thur and you can clearly see them sitting in the lobby and the will say they are not taking orders. I guess everyone takes break at the same time.This is only at night like after 10 pm. I would not recommend this Wendy’s after 10pm. You have you mouth all set on a burger and all they wanna offer is chicken nuggets and fries. They know better so they should do better.
Again another problem with this wendys..Half order missing and manager said she could not find in system...Wendys come on dave would not run his business this wayNot sure why this store has so many issues and is this a corporate store or franchise?Either way it needs management help fast
