I work a 12 hour shift and if I choose your facility for a bacon egg cheese biscuit I expect it to be hot… which it was not … stone cold. Never coming back!
I went to dine around early dinner time today 5/16. Young female hispanic employee working the fry/nugget station was committing many food safety violations! For starters she was wearing air pods, had on crocs, no hat or hair restraint, only wearing 1 glove and was continuously touching her clothes/hair without changing her gloves, then also eating french fries on the line! All of these behaviors could seriously make someone sick! As a general manager who also works in food service I seriously can’t believe this is what’s allowed to go on in the kitchen. All the while the manager is just standing there not correcting any of her behaviors. I took my food to go and didn’t even eat it because I was so disgusted. The only positive thing I can note from my visit was the very obviously new employee working the front register who had a very great attitude and was working diligently while everyone else on the shift stood around.
Short on help and supplies. Drive thru was very slow as a result. Didn't have supplies for a Classic, and no tomatoes for a single with L,T, and mayo. We got what they had. It was okay.
I sat in line at the drive thru way to long. It seems the cars in line were having to wait a long time just to place their order over the speaker to someone inside. I ended up just driving away to another restaurant.
Been two weeks now dining room still not open. So if you're interested in sitting down to eat that's not going to happen.Go to the drive-thru almost every single thing we requested was wrong. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Dining room, restroom and kitchen were all clean. The front end lady was pleasant. We had to wait a few minutes for some chicken nuggets. When they were ready she brought our food to us where we were sitting. Only negative thing I can say is the Coke Remix machine wasn't working so there was no soda available. Luckily I had my tumbler full of Sundrop.
The food was great. They only had two working today. The young lady at the window had a great spirit about herself. They did very well for just two people working. They are hiring if you're looking for a job.
Purchased a taco salad. Chili was not good.Will not purchase it again.
WORST WENDYS needs new management and obviously a new food supplier. There is no reason you’re all of the sudden out of something every single day, the workers are rude, lazy to say the least. Fast food is not that difficult just fast paced. A horrible mess
Worst Wendy’s. I’ve been here probably a dozen times and have never once left with food, they’re always out of most things. I also do Doordash and for some reason they’re the only store who stops taking dashes after a certain time even though they’re still open, but they won’t contact Doordash and update their hours so I’m constantly having to deny orders and lower my acceptance rate.
